We rarely get to go to Chili’s since closing our local venue, but we had a craving for the egg rolls so we drove to the closest one
Service was fine, nothing to sing praises or complain about. We got mozzarella sticks, a sample platter, chicken strips, and a “3 for me” dinner. My steak was very well done which made me feel like it was just sitting in the back already cooked waiting to be served to anyone. And everyone likes fast service, but we placed our order and it was on the table in less than 10 minutes, which tells me most items in the menu sit in a warmer waiting for service. ( Reminds me of a McDonald’s burger patty waiting to be put together for a Big Mac order)

The enchilada soup was very good. The burgers and chicken strips were enjoyed too. The service was fine but the waiter never told us to pay on the tablet or offer to bring a check if we wanted one. We had moved it out of the way so our group could visit. Beware if you have little kids with the tablet too. They charged $2.99 for activating the game feature and we didn’t realize it until we saw the itemized bill.

This is my first ever review so I think that says a lot. I placed an order through Uber Eats for the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks for my siblings and me. We’ve had them multiple times before. When it arrived and we took our first bite… Jesus Christ. It was the saltiest thing we’ve ever had. The seasoning was worse than ever before, and the quality was absolute bull.
I tried getting a refund through the Uber Eats app, but obviously they weren’t any help. I’m a broke college student just trying to treat my sisters and myself to a snack that’s never done us wrong, but here we are. We loved ordering from here, so this is truly disappointing. Left broke and hungry now, lol.

Normally we ordered for take out, but we dined in today. It was a great visit. By the time we finished, it was a full house. The waiters/waitresses were busting back and forth. The orders arrived quickly! Our waitress was attentive. The food was tasty. Felt like we ordered the entire menu Would definitely be back for take out and dine-in if we have time to come in and sit. (Ordered the 2 for $25 (Awesome Blossom Petals / Half rack ribs / Cajun Chicken Pasta / Chicken & Waffles and 2 kids lunch)

Ordered take out on a very busy Friday night, around 7:30 pm. Ordered online, food was ready fairly quick, service was fast and friendly despite the restaurant being extremely busy. The dedicated Chilies parking lot had almost no parking available ( it was that busy). Food was packed really well and was really good too! I will definitely order again! Awesome experience!

On this visit my food wasn’t hot or warm. Our server was nice and greeted us when he came to our table. The parking is great. Chilies has a large free parking lot. The restaurant bathroom was clean.

I will say, the food was pretty delicious, but the service was pretty bad. i understand that it was a busy saturday night, and it can be pretty overwhelming and difficult working at a restaurant when it’s so packed, but unfortunately the staff was not nice, did not greet us, and basically did not provide a quality service. i personally would not come back to this location.

This Chili’s saved my marriage – I went out to dinner with my siblings that were visiting from out of town to witness me get married the next morning, well I FORGOT MY WALLET at the table and didn’t realize it was missing until the next morning when we were already on our way to the courthouse ~ this was at like 9:30am and Chilis doesn’t open until 11am, by some miracle the opening manager picked up the phone and met us at the door with my wallet just in time for us to get married!! All in all amazing food, service, and care. Thank you Chilis, I’m married now because of you!

Greasy, and over priced. Wings had WAY to much vinegar. Hostess snapped at us right off the bat. Later, we had to beg for help asking for small things, ketchup, refills, box to go and our bill. We gave up asking for the bill and discovered the digital kiosk on the table is able to check us out. We were never told that.

I’m leaving this place, super annoyed. 20 minutes without being served, without them taking my order, without even offering me a drink. The waitress kept walking right past me and never once asked for my order. It’s practically a complete lack of respect for the customer. I can understand when the place is super busy, but there really weren’t that many customers for them to treat me with such disregard. The waitress is thin, has tattoos, and short hair.
