This is my first time ever at this restaurant and we stopped in for lunch. Was promptly seated next to the open air bar area with a definitely noticeable noise volume from the bar. Ordered a frozen
mudslide and it was amazing. Also ordered the seafood chowder that was delicious and loaded with seafood. Ordered the fried scallops that were delicious as well. My lunch accomplice ordered the French onion soup that was good at best and the chicken tenders that were dry and overcooked. Our waitress was nonexistent. By my seat I could see her hiding in the area before the kitchen. We had to ask for bread when other waitstaff automatically brought it to their tables. She never followed up with us and seemed like she didn’t want to be here. Sorta disappointed with the lack of caring. Overall the food was good and the portions were adequate. The atmosphere was sorta loud and I probably wouldn’t recommend or return here. Maybe we just hit it on a day to have a crappy waitress

Mr. Mikes is a staple in Haverhill not to be overlooked for a good homey vibe! Lots of regulars, family seating, good service and food with specials. Play some keno, have a drink! Bring a crowd or dinner for 2… all around a good place to get a good meal. My steak and cheese was on the softest sub roll bread and delish! My husband got the CBC sandwich and loved it. The onion rings were tasty as well.

Great spot to grab lunch. Very busy for 1 pm on a Friday, but the food was still served quickly. Bartenders were super nice, one of them even ran out to our car since we forgot our ‘to-go’ box of leftovers.
French onion soup: cheese was a bit too chewy, and broth lacked a rich depth of flavor, but it was a very good soup overall (7.8/10).
Seafood chowder: nice thickness, rich broth flavor. Came with oyster crackers. (8.4/10)
Meatloaf: great texture, gravy had good beefy flavor (extra gravy was ordered in picture) . Mashed potatoes were smooth and not too thick. (8.5/10)
Steak tips: ordered medium rare, but came out medium. Decent tenderness and a slightly sweet marinade flavor. Good overall. Great portion for a lunch order (7.5/10)

It was my first time trying Mr Mike’s despite living in Haverhill my whole life, and boy what I have been missing out on! My 2 coworkers and myself went for dinner at about 5:30 on a Friday and were able to be seated right away. The server was attentive and made us feel like family. I had the Eggplant Parm and it was a great portion size for the price and very tasty, my coworkers got the steak tips & the seafood trio and both were very impressive as well. The steak tips were perfectly marinated and grilled, and while I’m not a seafood person my coworker said it was great seafood. My coworkers and myself have agreed we want to make Mr Mike’s a recurring dinner spot and I will certainly be bringing my girlfriend here soon!

The restaurant was pretty nice. It has a big bar, indoor and outdoor seating and a keno vendor. There are several TVs for sports and the check keno numbers. The food is reasonably priced for the most part and good quality. The service was a little sketchy, but the waitress did tell us she was new.

Great varied offerings of old school favorites of comfort food from Turkey Dinner to Italian pasta favorites to Prime Rib. Every Tuesday Night- Prime Rib Special- $17.99 w two sides. All Menu items are priced like its still 2010. Great value all around. Great place!

Great food! The loaded mashed was definitely on point, especially with all that delicious bacon. The sandwich was tasty, and the service was even better. Joseph made sure I was taken care of and was very attention to detail. It was amazing to see him also help the other customers in the restaurant. You can just tell he was there for each and everyone of them, to make sure he delivered a positive experience

Looks like a nice place staff was friendly. I ordered fryed haddock with coleslaw w/half frys and half onion rings. Coleslaw was good. Got about half way through the haddock. Couldn’t finish. Bottom of it was soggy almost could say was mushy. Infack the juice made its way to my frys. Which was Lukewarm. Onion Rings were fresh but breading just fell apart when dipping or bitting.
My wife had fryed shrimp baked potato and coleslaw. Shrimp was good she liked it. Same with potato and coleslaw.
Thought it was little overpriced for the quality of food.
Don’t know if lm going back.

We had Thanksgiving dinner for the first time.The food was hot and delicious. Our waiter was very knowlegable with the menu. We will be going again next year. Don’t miss out
