I swear this location, every single time never fails when I DoorDash at night. I will stand there making eye contact with everyone and they do not approach me. Meanwhile, I don’t understand anything that they’re yelling to each other about because it’s creole their level of awareness and sense of urgency is just not there going during the day is better than at night, but they just need to work on their customer service overall very disappointed. I ended up canceling the order.

1/5 stars. they prioritize the drive thru n make guests inside wait FOREVER! they have personal convos amongst themselves vs actually tending to customers waiting. staff is not friendly n tend to ignore customers like its a part of their job. would not recommend!

Almost every time that order from any McDonald’s, I usually run into some type of aggression from the workers. However, I can vouch for this McDonald’s 100%. Nina took my order at the drive-through. She was very sweet and acted very kind to me when taking my order. By the time I paid with her, I was feeling very happy. I made it to the second window and I Jonathan was very similar. We spoke for a little bit while I was waiting for my food and it was a nice change from what I am accustomed to. I can safely say that anybody that says anything negative about those two are lying. I can already tell that any customer that says anything bad about them are completely at fault. I work in the area so this will be something to look forward to now. The atmosphere of a place makes a huge difference. Those two are the reason why I will be returning. I felt as if I was ordering food from a family owned restaurant. I almost felt as if they were managers. I was looking forward to my next visit so much that I went back in line. Only this time I was served by KC. Just like Nina and Jonathan, she was absolutely sweet and treated me the same. This review is not something that I thought I would ever say about McDonald. However, a good experience is a good experience no matter what place it is. Nina, KC, and Jonathan exemplify what it means to be respected and properly served at a restaurant. I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this McDonald’s. After eating a sandwich here, I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. I’ve never felt so sick, and it was clearly linked to the food I had just eaten from this location.
What made the situation even worse was the response I got when I contacted the manager. I explained what happened, and instead of showing any concern or even basic decency, the manager dismissively said, “Sweetheart, the best we could do is give you back $2 for the sandwich.” Not only was that incredibly unprofessional and patronizing, but it also showed zero accountability for the unsanitary conditions clearly going on behind the scenes.
If your kitchen is so dirty that people are ending up hospitalized, you need to do more than hand out a couple dollars and brush it off. This location needs a serious health inspection, and the management needs retraining on how to handle serious complaints.
I will never eat here again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before doing so.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to employees don’t know how to speak English. I ordered the Grinch meal and I did not get advised that there was no grinch salt which is the whole concept of the meal The employees were playing dumb like they didn’t know what I was asking A simple we Sold out of the Grinch shaker fries would’ve helped a lotLuckily, I got my refund, but the Managers and the employees at this McDonald’s have no idea what they are doing. I ordered a large coffee using the McDonald’s rewards app app McDonald’s in Coral Springs on the west sample Road where I receive a great discount. However, when I tasted the coffee, it had a very bitter taste in it maybe could’ve been the coffee filter I don’t know I took the coffee back to the counter and asked the lady it was a Caucasian lady, if I can get another one, I had only drink maybe a fourth of it she made a big deal out of it begin questioning me I had my AirPods in so the person on the other end of the phone herder I just simply left the coffee bear and walked out I’ll go back there again but today I’m going to Starbucks at Broward health. They have great service there.

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s today thanks to an incredible manager who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, kind, and clearly cared about both the customers and the staff. They personally made sure my order was correct, fresh, and even checked in afterward to make sure everything was good. You don’t always expect that level of service at a fast food place, but this manager made a real difference. Thank you for the outstanding customer service, you made my day!

This is the worst I’ve been to in the entire universe. The workers have their own language. It’s not Spanish, but it’s certainly not English. You don’t get tired of placing your order inside the store and there’s always a problem. They have a receipt in their hands and even So they always miss something in the game or some fruits or they give you something wrong today is my last day in that place I better not bother anymore just to finish I give one star because it is like warm if it were up to me I wouldn’t even give that one
