The McRib and fries was hot and fresh.
Stopped for lunch and got the quarter pounder deluxe with cheese. The burger would have been good, but it had way too much mayo. I usually like a lot of mayo, but I couldn’t taste the burger due to a lot of mayo The fries were good and hot and the staff was very friendly.

I got the made to order double fillet of fish and it’s always delicious! I also got two cheeseburgers and the beef patty was pitiful. It’s paper thin and so small it didn’t even reach the edge of the bun that was disappointing & I probably won’t order cheeseburgers anymore & they used to be my favorite! Fresh fries are awesome! This location doesn’t normally close at 9, and the weather today was a non-issue. Snow from yesterday was basically gone and the roads were clear.
I got in the drive-thru line well before 9 PM, waited while it crawled, and when I finally reached the speaker at 8:57, I was told they were closed. That’s not how posted hours work. 9 is 9, not “whenever the mood changes.”
If you’re closing early, block the drive-thru or update the hours. Don’t let customers waste time sitting in line just to get turned away.

This place is a joke & you really can’t make this stuff up. Sat in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes this AM, ordered a chicken biscuit meal… go thru the drive thru line and get my food. As i’m going down the road I pull out the hash brown… ICE cold. I mean I took a bite out and my body rejected it, making me spit it out. I think to myself “hopefully the biscuit is better” but boy was I wrong. I open the biscuit to find that it’s in fact not a chicken biscuit but instead an egg biscuit. Same thing has the hash brown, cold as all get out. And are you ready for the best part? The OWNER and BOSS MAN was the one working the window. The place was filled with higher ups and they STILL couldn’t get it together. Now I’ll spend my morning hungry and aggravated. In this economy, people want what they PAID good money for. No one wants freezing food, or the wrong food. ESPECIALLY after sitting in line for all that time.

Service was slow but the cashier was polite to apologize for the wait. It appeared a few were doing the jobs of many, short staffing so the wait wasn’t a concern. Food was hot and the service was good.

Me and my husband came through the drive-through after I got off of working a double shift today. I ordered A McChicken and ask for extra pickles on it and also got three meat doubles and two medium fries. When we got home, there was literally two pickles on the McChicken. And on all of the double cheeseburgers was just ketchup, None of the other toppings that come with it. We waited 15 minutes in the drive through. I work in the food industry, so I am normally very forgiving about stuff like this, but it’s kind of ridiculous that there was only ketchup on the burgers

This location is horrible. The line took forever!! Almost took us an hour. Constantly messing up orders. Asked for 2 chicken ranch wraps and got only 1 ranch and the other looked like spicy pepper but wasn’t spicy. It was disgusting. Asked for a Oreo McFlurry and barely got any Oreos in the McFlurry.

Awful… It took 10 minutes to order and we had to wait over 20 minutes for our food. And we were the only customers in the restaurant! Several customers walked out after waiting at the counter to order but no one to take the order, they were in the back. This isn’t an isolated incident here, it seems to be like this always. Drive a couple of miles and find a different McDonald’s.
