Definitely a diamond in the rough!! Dont be fooled by the entrance(needs some TLC) But …… s uch an amazing experience! Abdullah was so kind and accommodating. The taco chicken and chicken shwarma were delicious!! The napoleon was like ive never tasted!The music was fun. Definitely coming back and recommend you stop by too. Wishing them alot of success.

2/21/26- Stopped in to have breakfast. At the corner of Shartuck and University. Walking distance from BART. Bus line 51B stop right outside and across the street. Service was pretty fast even though it was busy.
The negative is that in one area of tables near the front counter was a pee smell. The rest of the dining area didn’t have that smell. This restaurant had a large sized dining area. You need a token to use the restrooms.

It can be slow sometimes as other reviews say, but the people working are really nice and have great customer service. Graciela and Beverly always take amazing care of me. They need more support so the waits could be shorter, but the staff is amazing and very nice and polite

The French fries aren’t vegan they’re deep fried with cow clear tallow. McDonald’s got rid of the McPlant vegan burger. McDonald’s needs to be sued for its marketing using the MC to appeal to kids encouraging them to eat unhealthy foods.

Waited 45 mins for 1 large fries not even during peak hour. They push out one order every 10 mins. I’ve seen McDonald’s franchises with much fewer employees but way more customers execute orders much quicker. Even international McDonald’s with obsolete equipment gets food out quicker and more efficiently.

I was amazed to learn today McDonald’s doesn’t do refills anymore. Where is the value proposition at this point? The food is trash and it’s not even a cheap place to sit down and eat anymore.

They should really up their staff more. This place can get backlogged due to having only 1 person in Front of House giving the food and orders to people. I waited an unnecessary 10+ minutes for the lady at the front saying my order number wrong and the fries I ended up having were soggy and cold!
