FamFre – Family and Friends Restaurant, founded in 2014 in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, offers a casual fusion of French, American, and Eastern European cuisine in a cozy setting with a welcoming bar and outdoor terrace. Since February 2026, the cafe has entered a new chapter under new ownership. The new team is building on the cafe’s foundation of fresh ingredients and scratch cooking while introducing new standards of service and thoughtful improvements across the menu and overall guest experience.

My wife and friends of ours been here before and insisted we ho back. We had late breakfast (more likely brunch) and everything we tried was very good. The service is very efficient and food and armosphere can be described as upscale diner with the twist. We had shakshuka. American Breakfast, mini syrniki, scrambled eggs and toasts. Prices are in line with other places in the area.

Such a cute little place with an awesome vibe. Definitely check out the menu before you go because it is a little different. Both my husband and I ordered one of their juice, he got the jumbo size citrus, I did the regular size greens. He ordered the breakfast burrito, I did not get a pic, I did the pancakes with a side of bacon. He said the burrito was fresh, light and flavorful. The pancakes were light and had a melt in your mouth creaminess to them, absolutely delicious and I am a pancake lover. These were different and wonderful! Food came out fairly quick and piping hot, service was a little slow but we were in no hurry so we didnt mind. There was a guitarist that gave a nice vibe for a nice Saturday brunch vibe. Little pricey for breakfast, but it was good quality and we don’t mind the price for quality.

We fell in love with this café. The food is delicious — it feels homemade and has a warm, family atmosphere. Everything we tried was amazing. My personal top favorites are the medallions, the syrniki, and the eggplant salad. We’ll definitely come back here on the weekend.

In a 2 weeks vacation I did have to go 3 times to Fam Fre. It was our first Sunday breakfast there and the food was just amazing! Everything is fresh and delicious. The service is also very good, if you don’t know anything about their dishes they explain everything carefully. I also went there for Dinner and had their Stroganoff (in Brazil we have our own version of it) and had the corn soup, just amazing and perfect. Definitely became one of my favorite places in Sunny Isles!

Very friendly, relaxing atmosphere, very kids friendly with play room and kids menu. We had delicious meal, the best Greek salad and seafood pasta. Dumplings are always my child’s favorite. Great service from Diana. We live in the area so we love coming here.
