I wish i could put no stars for service. the young lady at the window with curly hair in a ponytail and visor at 12:10am on Sunday Nov 30 was incredulously disrespectful for no reason. i am traveling from Houston to visit family and they decided to let me try cookout. food was buss, but that girl was mad cause MY first card declined due to being locked due to scams. however then, my cousin said..”where’s the cheese fries”, i asked her “where are the cheese fries” she said…”you weren’t charged for cheese fries”. at that moment my cousin found the cheese fries and she got even more of an attitude. Moral of the story is, we pulled off and she stuck her tongue out at us before we pulled off. VERY unprofessional. VERY disrespectful. MIND YOU WE ARE HOME AND THIS ORDER IS COMPLETELY WRONG! THERE WAS NO LIKE AT ALL SO WHY THE HECK IS OUR ORDER BONELESS AND COMPLETELY WRONG!?

I’ve given this specific location many chances. I tip, I gas the girls up, & I don’t storm into the store to complain ask them to remake my food. But 3 times in a row now, I’ve asked for a hamburger. Not a cheeseburger. A hamburger. Implying there’s no cheese. Truly ruins the whole burger experience as a lactose intolerant girly. Such a shame cuz I love cook out so much. Go to the one on Wilma Rudolph. Smh not coming here again. People really need to learn the difference between HAMBURGER AND A CHEESEBURGER.

came through twice in the last month or so, last time they didn’t give me one of my sides in my tray (a honey mustard chicken wrap) instead they gave me fries, then today I come through the line and the lady taking my order was extremely inpatient and not helpful at all, I said my order to her and she did not read it back, I asked for cheese fries and apparently they didn’t hear that. Cleo was the cashier and she was staring at me like I was dumb waiting for me to give payment ( I just forgot but you could say the total again and ask cash or card like someone with good customer service would, but no) Overall won’t be going back to the Riverside location and will be sticking with the Wilma location, it’s nicer, cleaner, and the staff is MUCH better than the bunch at this Riverside location..

Where do I begin. Lets start with wait times. There is no reason on God’s green earth that I should have to wait almost 20 min for a burger through the drive through. 1 car ahead of me, and they only got a shake. Then, when I ordered, the staff was dismissive and just blazed through without letting me get a word in. I am allergic to tomatoes, they make me ill. I specifically requested no tomato on my burger, and they noted that on the order. I drive off and get back to work to find not one, but 2 slices of tomato on the burger. This restaurant use to provide good food and fantastic service. I guess they have started hiring the worst workers they can find. Upon returning and explaining the issue, I was blown off and they remade my burger AFTER I got mad. The sandwich that was returned was pitiful. The smallest patties possible, the smallest dab of A1, and a single bit of lettuce. I was to pissed to even argue. I will not be back, and will advise against this location

Food itself isn’t horrible for what you pay but the people working there are stingy and kind of mean. I always go out my way to be friendly after I’ve worked in food service but they act like giving you more than the bare minimum of a sauce you paid for will be taken from their pockets. I mentioned my order was missing something and they refused to give it to me and made me go search my car to confirm.
