10/10 would recommend this place to my enemies. I placed my order online and waited in the Drive-Thru for over an hour. Some guys were yelling in the parking lot about how they waited over 1.5 hours in the lobby. The workers are just flat out not making food at night time. many cars came and went in and out of the drive-thru but I had already paid so I didn’t really have a choice but to sit there from 2:20 a.m. to 3:40 a.m. and then I just gave up. Not one person was served food.

You don’t really get to talk to a person. I only get a crunch wrap and it is never full it’s like they put half portions in it. Had to go to scooters immediately after to make up for it. Do not recommend.

Currently in the drive through after waiting inside for ten minutes but nobody helped me. I ordered ahead of time and a guy came in and ordered and his was out before mine. Actually insane. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and every single worker is rude as hell. In addition to this, I was in a hurry which is why I ordered ahead of time and they took so long that I didn’t even get to go where I was supposed to. Thank you Taco Bell!

I have never left a review on google, but this taco bell is legitimately the worst taco bell, probably in the country. I am amazed that this location is still in business. I have been here a few times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been, the food I have received has been either a completely different order, or has been missing half of my food. To put the cherry on top, the staff is incredibly rude, and will frequently tell you that they are not serving food. Unless you are literally starving, and this taco bell is the only option you have to feed yourself, I would recommend going literally anywhere else.

The night crew is incredibly unprofessional and they should all be fired. I will never come back, at least at night time. They were all laughing and yelling incredibly inappropriate things, just totally messing around instead of focusing on their jobs. Meanwhile the lobby is full and so is the drive thru. Also witnessed one of the employees some black girl with glasses curse out a customer for asking why he was waiting for so long. Not a good environment at all, and my food was also thrown together like crap, my chicken quesadilla had maybe the tiniest squirt of sauce and barely any chicken. I don’t recommend coming here for dinner.

Didn’t give me all my food forgot my nacho fries and my quesadillas, so basically my whole meal. The weather was getting bad because of snow or I would have gone back. I called the store to let them know and hopefully they would write my name down so I could get it tomorrow but nobody answered the phone

I will never be ordering from this location again. I placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru and they told us it would be a 45 minute wait. We end up waiting inside for over an hour. Service was not helpful at all, can only say one lady tried to help the most. She ended up giving us another order that was sitting there that she claimed had what we had ordered. We took it because we were tired of waiting just to open it and everything is freezing cold and not even what we had ordered. Later that evening ended up throwing up all of the food we had ate. Definitely don’t recommend this location as it will most likely make you sick.

Swore I would never come here again in person after a bad experience once before, but kids get hungry and we needed something close by and immediate. The building is currently under construction, lovely☺️. Gotta freshen up! But what’s the point of making your outside pretty when the inside ( rude customer service) is ugly . Most problems can be avoided with decent communication, so why do they put the people with the most attitude to represent the restaurant at the ordering window? Very little manners, horrible tone, and passive aggressive. Like come on. It’s a very basic concept. We spend money with you in this community for two main reasons 1. Good, affordable food. 2. Good service. If that can’t be done, then wasting money on some paint and decor won’t make a difference. Who even feels comfortable enough to dine here?

My last post was about a month ago. Renovations appear to be finished. Looks nice and approachable! Ordered in the evening around 6pm. I noticed there were not a lot of cars parked so I hoped they were not understaffed. Line looked long but I didn’t mind, because usually that means food will be fresh and hot as they’re rotating through so fast.

The menu was easy to read though it seemed hard for the cashier to hear me, and I spoke loudly. Cashier was a male, calm demeanor and pleasant enough. No rudeness detected. Sat in line for a good amount of time so I only hoped the food would be hot, fresh, and worth the wait! My order was quick but forgot to ask for sauce and cashier didn’t offer any.

At the window, make cashier did not greet, they appeared stressed. Fine. After I paid, closed the window without communicating wait time estimate which was an extra 5 minutes, which feels very long with 20 cars behind you and waiting on a relatively small order.

I finally received my food, told the cashier to have a nice evening, Silence… so their service has improved somewhat but they have a ways to go with basic manners. Silver lining: there was no profanity or unprofessional conversations going on making it awkward to sit there waiting. Just the sound of hard work and making food.

I ordered food for someone else and 2 new menu items for myself. My food was fresh, hot, flavorful, not too salty, and balanced in ingredients. It seemed to be made correctly and with care, so I was highly satisfied, for the first time in a few years, with Taco Bell. I didn’t finish my meal feeling like I wasted my time and money.

Overall, there is definitely improvement with room to grow. I may even bring the kids inside one day. I just want to see how consistent they are with food and service first.

I just feel if they had a more predominant management visible and available it would improve its internal team/workers! And provide more customer safety inside when dining in.. it would get 5 stars from me..alot young kids inside being loud and disturbing
