This is by far the absolute WORST Krystal’s I have ever been to!!!! It’s always something with this location and it’s always someone new there on the evening/night shift and tonight was just horrible. The guy that was working the drive-thru window had an attitude and was very rude. You could tell he just did not want to be there so there goes his customer service. He just wasn’t a pleasure at all. Plus, on top of that, my Krystal’s were not cooked all the way. That’s disgusting, gross, and dangerous. Apparently everyone there is just doing a half ass job. What a waste of time and money!!!! I’ve given this location chance after chance and that’s it. I will not be visiting this location ever again!!!!

I went with the Spicy Chick sandwich, and the spice level was just right for my taste. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Overall, it was a delightful experience! The best Krystal hamburger I have ever eaten. It was hot and fresh. Please keep in mind. I ordered this around 11:40pm. Look like it was a 1 guy shop. It took a few minutes to get my order. Definitely worth it.

Post lunch rush, seemed like there were only two employees on duty but the wait wasn’t bad.
Food was fresh and staff was extremely polite.

I ended up trying this as it was one of the later open chains. The service was medium, the microphone I’m not sure if there was an issue with the headset or what, but it was hard to hear. We eventually had to pull up the window. It was a bit disorganized, but they got my order. After a few minutes I had my food and I was on the way. They really outshined my memories of these small burgers. I got the chili cheese combo sliders. They had a fantastic taste! The fries were absolutely amazing fresh and crunchy on the outside, while being pillow soft on the insides!

Happy with food as usual but I arrived at 7:51am, to find a locked door.
I was ok with it seeing it was posted lobby open at 8am, however, 2 mins after I shook the door, another customer shook the door and they opened it 6 minutes early.
Not saying it was race based, but I was a male of different race, other customer was a female of same race.
Really hit me hard being in this area of Pensacola.
Never had an issue at other Krysyal stores locally like I did here this am. Front door was opened at 8:02am by manager.
I was in a dumptruck so drive thru wasn’t an option.

I just tried to go through the drive-thru at this establishment. Waited almost 5 minutes at the drive-thru. The staff never acknowledged I was there. I watched them walk up to the window and look at me and turn around and walk the other way. Avoid this place

Went through the drive thru order a bag of 12 Krystal burgers the cashier was very friendly and had positive attitude service was very quick. We also ordered 2 medium sodas. The price was less than 20$
