We only come here for breakfast anymore because every single time we have come to this McDonald’s you have to wait for atleast 20 mins before u get your food. The prices are outrageous for the quality of food and service. You shouldn’t have to wait 20 mins for fast food. The fact that ALL these reviews say the same thing tells me you dont care to spend the time to fix any of these issues going on but expect people to still pay these prices. We will not be coming here ever again.

Stopped here 2 days in a row at 4am to get breakfast. Says there open 24hrs but the doors were locked. Went to go through drive through both days but couldn’t order either time as there computers were “updating” 2 days in a row???? Asked how long it takes told me 15-20 minutes. Won’t go here again. Laziness if you ask me!

Waited forever while people in drive through got their food quickly. got here at 9:30 and didn’t get food until 10, manager was extremely rude and kicked everyone out because the “lobby closes at 10”, even though we were there way before and ordered way earlier.

My mom went through the drive through….
First round she was shorted a chicken sandwich and one of them had ketchup instead of mayo and didn’t even have a special tag for ketchup on it….
She called and reported the issue and the went to retrieve the correct sandwiches and they still got it wrong by adding lettuce when asked not to. Waste of gas and time.
Personally I avoid this place like the plague.

I ordered through the app only to discover this is the slowest McDonald’s location known to man. While I was sitting, shifter resting in park, in the drive thru line I watched through the first window and a total of eight individuals in places everywhere but the spots where food is served. It baffled me as to what was occurring on this particular day. Unfortunately this is par for the course as far as this level of food is concerned. It was at a level of slow that had the time to deliberate if I should even write this review for the last twenty minutes. This line persevered above my will power and I am still currently in line waiting to move as I type this. It’s absolutely crazy and all I can do is watch the goof troop that is the staff through the window and ponder what am I even doing with my life when this is my Friday evening.

I ordered through doordash one night and the ticket was right that was on the bag, but everything in the bag was not what was on the ticket. I tried calling McDonalds and nobody answered, i even tried calling a few times and nobody answer. Its not doordashes fault, the ticket did have my order on it, but inside the bag everything was completely wrong.

My partner and I had placed an order before 4am for lunch items on the app. The order was paid for and all. We showed up at 2 minutes past 4 since it is a little bit of a drive. The lady at drive through had a very rude tone and told us we would just have to put in a refund through the app and there was nothing they could do. Absolutely unacceptable.

(Roof debris/dirt/paint runoff onto my vehicle sitting in the line waiting for food)
A flat roof with a horrible gutter system…Customer should not have to endure any type of damage from business’s roof runoff?!.

I tried talking(next am)to the store manager and she said “I do not feel anything would come off of my roof onto your car…””you are more than welcome to call the police but this is your problem, not mine”.
Look at these pictures –
it’s impossible to make this up or not understand that the debris/dirt pattern is absolutely emblematic of roof water/runoff and the horrible drainage system of McDonald’s!
I simply wanted money to wash my car and see if there was any paint damage?!.
(This happened to me why should I pay for the cleaning?!.)
Manager hung up on me…
I called corporate & police to make a report for legal purposes.
People/places/businesses have to be held accountable for actions = consequences.
