​I do not recommend this going inside to eat at this McDonald’s location. I ordered “table service” through the app because I was with my small child and our belongings. Instead of bringing the food to our table, the staff just shouted the table number I entered in the app. We were around the corner at the kids games area. If you’re a parent you get it, we picked a seat near the game screens, near the bathroom where we could wash our hands and ordered table service so we wouldn’t need to leave the table and juggle drinks and jackets and food and jumping around. On top of that, my order was missing items, which has happened here before.
​What was most upsetting is that right after this, another family (who was white) ordered at the kiosk and and the same employee, with blue hair, personally assisted them and brought their food to their table. I am a person of color, and the difference in treatment was obvious and unacceptable. We felt completely disrespected and discriminated against. We will not be returning. I’ve already followed up with feedback and customer service. This is just to warn others.

i found 3 pieces of hair in my first sandwich and then i checked my other sandwich and half way through eating the sandwich i found what looks like a napkin in my sandwich and i tried calling and no response called 3 times very unprofessional

The people at this location was for pleasant, no problem there. This situation was a little concerning because I inadvertently ordered off the app but realized that I didn’t order from the special savings. So then I placed an order with a payment receiving an email on that payment yet 2 Days Later somebody process the other payment although I was never notified via email. If I never completed that transaction, and received a notification, then how could they process a payment to my credit card that I didn’t authorize?

This place denied my son and his friends service telling them that teenagers are not allowed in their facility and THEN called the cops on them because they didn’t leave from the outside sidewalk because they were trying to figure out why they couldn’t get food. Who turns away paying customers who didn’t even make it up to the counter before they were told to get out! Just before 7pm trying to get dinner. Manager named Andrea (at least that’s the name she gave over the phone when I called) told cops that they were having issues with OTHER kids during the daytime… what the hell does that have to do with my son during the dinner shift? My son and his friends are good kids and are there at least one a week.

I guess the Large fry are the same as the Medium fries except the cost more. Just get a Medium fry it’s probably better than LG. Almost $10 for a 1Lg and 1Med. Fry. Not even worth your time. Go elsewhere.

The owner needs to visit the store more often or send family members randomly as secret shoppers! The customer service is terrible, especially with one particular young man they have on drive thru, his attitude is terrible! I visited the store on 08/09/25 around 8pm, I pulled off because there’s no way I want an establishment making my food with customer service like that, the people taking the order are representing the restaurant! What ever happen to the manager wearing a headset listening to the orders being placed, if management approves that type of behavior I’m sure the numbers has decreased tremendously!

This is the worst McDonald’s I ever been to! Me and my sister went there tonight. My sister is ordering her food and while she’s talking you here some girl in the backround yelling “Is she gonna keep ordering shit or what! Damn!” …. We were both taken aback, like there’s no way she just said that! My sister asked them “Excuse me, what did she just say?!” And the guy taking the order said “I’m so sorry, will that be all” … when we got to the window we asked why would she say that because it’s so unprofessional, and the guy just say “it be like that sometime” .. like what?!!!! What kind of establishment are you guys running!! And then when we got to the second window we told them we wanted the name of the girl who said that. They didn’t want to give it, the girl just said “Wilbur” and then shut the window on us, wouldn’t open it back. it wasn’t no Wilbur, it was clearly a girl who yelled that!! This McDonald’s is the worst I ever been to, the disrespect is insane! It needs to be closed down, how ridiculous!! Everyone stay away and go to the one on 6! I’ll be calling tomorrow and probably take a trip up there too!

I take my son to the same McDonalds everyday like clock work.. he’s autistic and has good sensory and will only eat McDonald’s fries.. to my surprise I pulled up to pay and I see the manager taking orders shocked cause that’s not a very common thing I see especially at McDonalds wondering why I ask if they were short handed or something she said no she cares about her customers service and how everyone has those hard emotional days speaking of her employees I found that beyond amazing
I’ve never seen a manager care about both.. seeing that 1st hand I must say McDonalds u got a good manager at that store and I pray ur doing right by her as she is not only doing right by ur customers but by ur other employees.. I call that golden and a manager u should always hold on to as they don’t come a dime a dozen but a one in billion
