The Jack’s is Jacksonville is horrible. I went there and ordered a two piece chicken dinner with a breast and a wing. There is an upcharge for a breast, which I am fine with. I also ordered a #7 three piece. The order came to almost almost $19. I drove 11 miles home and my grandsons #7 was fine, I opened my dinner to find a hard as a brick wing, a leg, and a burnt biscuit. I called and asked to speak with a manager and was told that I was speaking to one, and he immediately knew which order that I was speaking about. He told me that they didn’t have any breasts and that I was given the “chefs choice”. This is unacceptable service. I would have been happy to wait if given the opportunity.

Give these people a damn raise. They are slammed and rather than being at each other’s throats they collectively took a deep breath, regrouped and effectively communicated their needs to each other in a respectful manner. Hats off to the manager for honoring her team. The food is delicious, accurate and timely, and the dining area is still clean with all that going on. They’ve got nothing but respect from me! Now somebody is singing where we can all hear. Thank y’all for brightening up my day!

The lady waited on me enjoyed my humor and I made her laugh but the other lady I guess it was a manager didn’t enjoy my humor and so she was kind of rudish standoffish kind of way so that’s the reason why the service didn’t get the two stars and the atmosphere got three the food was okay but three chicken strips and they’re really small and a fry for a chicken snack. I was real disappointed won’t order that ever again

Guntersville, AL is the Jacks that served the horrible
food Guntersville Jacks, ordered gravy smothered fries, chicken fingers w coke slaw. The slaw was floating in liquid that the cashier said was bc their ice machine wasn’t working, the fries was floating in non flavored liquid. The drinks was only carbonation. Wasted my money on this meal.
