Walked up to the ladies that had a finger condom on her pointer finger and I handed the straw with clearly blood on it. She was also the Ladie that handed us our food and our straws at first she didn’t have the finger condom on the straw was also thrown in with our food.And I looked at my hands thinking I was bleeding wasn’t me then.I went again first time through the drive through I got my mcCrispy sandwich but it was burnt had my husband try it the crunch was so loud

Milkshake machine hasn’t been working the past 3 times I’ve gone here….the drive thru line is pretty slow especially at peak hours like lunch. Fries are usually hot, the food is the best it can be from McDonalds.

Sat in the drive through for an hour to order my food (no exaggeration wife told me to check life 360 and showed that I sat there for over an hour in the drive thru) was given 2 burgers that we couldn’t chew through meat and bread were very hard. Went back to see if they could fix this to find out they locked the doors. I assume this was to prevent people from coming inside to complain

Currently have been sitting here waiting to get my curbside pick up for 20 minutes?! Whats the point of curbside if they can get the same item ready immediately through the window but curbside customers have to wait 20, 30 mins?

We come here at least once a week and it’s always pretty good, some days fries can be cold. Anyways, I had an issue with an order and it was fixed. Cindy the manager was sweet and apologized, and made everything right. She knows what she is doing, and made me feel comfortable talking to her. She got down to the bottom of the problem and made sure to talk to the team members about the issue.

Husband went through the drive through and ordered chicken nuggets and 2 cheese burgers. Along with two sprites and fries. When he got home the nuggets were missing. They need to do a better job at not wasting peoples time and money. If we were to go back there would be no way to prove they didn’t fulfill the order correctly. It’s not that hard to double check and order before it goes out the window.

Worst McDonald’s on base, all the workers are working like it’s their first time there and take forever to make your orders. They’re UNSANITARY as well, literally saw them drop a stack of McDonald’s boxes on the floor and put it back and their work area is dirty. Even when their manager is there they work like sloths. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you need food fast.
