We started with a Bairão-based aperitif that I’m honestly still thinking about, then shared carpaccio and croquettes to begin. The meat was cooked perfectly, the red wine recommendation was spot on, and every dish felt thoughtful without being overcomplicated. Service was warm, attentive and made the whole night feel really special.

i discovered this restaurant while walking by. As a family with a baby, we sometimes approach new places with hesitation, but this place made me feel so at home. From their warm attitude to their spot-on food, drink, and dessert recommendations, everything was just perfect. Our son Leonardo was a bit fussy that day since we had just arrived, and the head waiter immediately noticed him and even prepared a little bed for him. I had honestly never seen such care anywhere before, and it truly moved me. Whenever I come back, this will definitely be the first place I visit. It’s a wonderful spot filled with kind people, perfect for families with children, friends’ dinners, meetings, or even just stopping by for a drink. With amazing desserts and wines, I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone

This is a restaurant that is primarily focus on Portuguese beef. We had the ages Entercote and Ribeye. The meats have very intense flavor as they grilled them without any salt or pepper. The Portuguese way to eat beef is with salt to taste. The food was tasty and well cooked. We had a good experience here.

Located right in the heart of Praça do Comércio, they offer an impressive selection of steaks and wines. We went for the 1kg tomahawk, and it turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked and served with a well-balanced port wine sauce on the side. We also tried the meat croquettes, which were delicious, especially paired with the onion sauce. Beyond the outstanding food and inviting atmosphere, the service truly stood out. The staff were not only professional but also knowledgeable and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. My girlfriends and I came here for drinks yesterday and the service, atmosphere and drinks were so good we came back again today! We highly recommend the Uphill Alfama (an elevated Hugo spritz expertly made with love by Ines), and the service from Raissa was wonderful! Great spot to chill and people-watch

We came in for a light dinner. I was excited to see steak tartare on the menu since I won’t eat it just anywhere. It was amazing. Prepared and seasoned just right. My husband’s medium rare steak was like butter. Our waiter Diogo was so attentive and answered all our questions. We were expecting a tourist trap, but this was actually a nice date night dining experience. Don’t not come here because of the location in the shopping district. Also, I’m not a port drinker, but our waiter asked questions and brought out what he thought we would like. 10/10 he nailed it!

I ate here a few years ago and was happy with my visit. Did not expect that it would be as bad as it was today. Too loud music outside so we could barely hear each other.
Ordered the entrecote and I was not asked how I wanted it prepared, it was more than well done. Could barely find a piece that I could chew on. Tasted like it had been frozen and cooked to only be heated for order, instead of cooking it to order. Then I ordered the Caesar salad as well, and it was anything but fresh. Salad was soggy and brownish. It looked like it had been prepared and drenched in sauce sometime during the day and instead of made fresh to order. Not once were we asked how the food tasted. We had to ask them to at least remove the salad from our check as compensation for the bad food for which we received.
