Fantastic experience from start to finish. Even with over an hour wait, Kendra went out of her way to get us a spot at the bar, which we truly appreciated. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcomed right away. We have two family members with Celiac and they were very accommodating. Andrew was great and attentive as well.
The food was absolutely amazing—every dish was outstanding. Chef Christopher is incredibly talented, and it shows in every bite. Wonderful hospitality, exceptional food, and a team that truly cares. We can’t wait to come back!

Love the blue bird bistro! Been coming here for years. Food is always great. Love the fact you can get a good meal and great service and ski area lodge. Fest for lunch while skiing or dinner after a long day on slopes. The staff is particularly friendly, caring and fun! Kendra is simply the best bar tender in Grand County!!!!!

Andrew was great. Made me feel like I was at Cheers. Good dude. Always positive. Knows the resort like the back of his hand so gave some great tips on the hidden powder stashes. He has served us multiple times since. I’d hire him to work for my company. Can’t wait to come back.

For a mountain restaurant Bluebird punches above its weight. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is good and reasonably priced. And the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Great place to lunch on a ski day.

Great spot with amazing service and delicious food. The waitress was so kind and efficient with our large group of 9 people. No issues splitting checks or messed up orders. Everything went so well and the views were impeccable (even in the summer). Excited to come back and try more things.

I love pretzel bites with salt and French Fries with truffle oil! During happy hour it is $5 Well drink and half price of wine (including champagne . If you want to try something sweet but strong, I would highly recommend Dragon Lady! Coconut Vodka. ST Germaine, Cranberry Garnish. Served straight up!!
