I ordered the new grilled cheese sandwich. I asked for a single with curly fries and a 3 pc tender. Got to the window she said $22. Long story short idk if they’re trained to up charge & when you ask why the price high they play dumb as if they can’t read back what they selected on the screen while taking your order. it’s highly disappointing. If I said small meal single burger why’re are you charging me the price of a double burger. It’s weird the lady at the window has done this twice now . Do better

I ordered the grill cheese breakfast combo.
So excited to try it.
The bread wasn’t even toasted, the cheese wasn’t melted. The hashbrowns were cold and soggy.
To top it off I wanted in the drive up window for 20 minutes. Not sure if they got new management or what but it wasn’t worth the money

I usually don’t write reviews but this is my third time here in the morning and I’m just disappointed. I came back to hardees because of the cinnamon and raisin biscuits. I usually ask for more icing because they be hard, burnt and dry from this location on army post. Ive gotten the same biscuit every time and I just go home and throw the food away. When I go after work around 4 PM the food and a cinnamon raisin biscuits are really good and fresh. And when I asked for extra icing, there’s no problems getting it. I understand working with the public can be hard but I don’t like to waste my money either. Get it together morning crew. The young man in the drive-through has always been very respectful and nice. I’ve also had problems with management the other times and they were the worst ones to try to handle the situation. Very rude. No more mornings for me

Went inside to eat and was ignored. No customers in drive thru or in store. Had multiple workers around but all at their food prep stations and drive thru window but nobody at front counter. Manager with clip board was more worried about inventory then the counter. Had to go thru drive thru to get service, they were quick at that. This was 12pm noon.

We were heading out of town to see family and we used drive through. I got Frisco burger meal and my wife got the grilled cheese burger meal. Both were delicious and the young man at the window was pleasant and funny.

#1 we had to wait for the one in charge of taking orders in drive-thru to stop messing around with the girl at the window….#2 we paid almost 25 for both our meals and the tenders were so small that the almost 10 dollar adult meal didn’t feed the chips so small and the curly fries ice cold they made it a point to ask about sauce for the tenders only not include it …#3 they ruined my Frisco burger completely my bun wasn’t even toasted just greasy butter dripping from it I had to finish toasting it at home before I could even think about trying to eat it….cashier ..rude…enough said….for the only place really open on Thanksgiving night you’d think the employees would be more on their game at this time not slackin or giving hardees at this location a bad name……

When arrived there was no paper towels in the bathroom then as we were placing our order the cashier was had a earbud on arguing with someone on her phone and was Rude to my Wife when she asked a Question.
We received our Food in a Timely manner but My Wife’s sandwich looked uncooked and splattered together like Slop.
We will never return to this place and I recommend you think twice about it.
And also they had Ten people working there or at least it looked like it and all their tables in the lobby looked Dirty and I Mean Dirty

I do not recommend restaurant!!!! I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal that was way over priced!!!! I got a half an order of fries and a root beer when I wanted a Dr. Pepper. This store is terrible. The chicken tenders are chicken nuggets and taste terrible at that.

I was thinking it was really late they probably wanted to get out of there, but after I thought about it they were Open 24 hrs and I was the only customer and looking at the photo, the tenders were getting smaller and smaller. I’m sorry but since I was the only customer and the way the tenders look, there is no excuse no reason for this kind of service. No excuse.
