I just started visiting Sundown this year and everytime I have been I have had such a fun experience. They always have some of the best bands and a full throttle WV fan environment. Watching college games here is a blast and the summer crowds are like family. The staff makes you feel at home even when they’re packed. The bar has warm cozy feel. The drinks are very affordable especially for the area and the bartenders know how to make them right every time. They have great food especially their chicken wings!!! Whether you’re a WV native or not they’ll be happy you are there. Stop by and check them out.

This is my absolute favorite bar! The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly, and it’s owned by a man from WV, which is where I lived for many years. I love supporting the locals offering a comfortable place to have a little fun!

Fun place! Older crowd. Quality live music, lots of tvs, W.Va fans and Steelers bar on Sundays but tvs on other games too. Many of my neighbors go there to eat regularly. Quality staff too. They work closely together. Food comes out quick. Locals fav. It’s busy enough, so don’t tell everybody.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice place for locals to hang out and get to know each other or even if you’re just here on vacation. They have a great food selection and plenty of merchandise.

I was skeptical of this place due to the reputation of Sunup in Socostee but was very surprised. Great food and staff. Too bad they are a WV crowd. If you can’t support the local teams instead of the state you left to come here you won’t get my money. This is South Carolina, not West Virginia.

Held the Bra-ha-ha for breast cancer awareness. What a great turn out. Auctioned the bras off as the men modeled them. All proceeds went to the local hospitals for breast cancer research… Great place, great cause, great fun!!!

This is not a high end place but it is a great sports bar for casual people who what to have fun. If it is not too hot there is a nice outdoor patio that is out back. Food was good and the server was fun and attentive.
