First timr trying Catania Ristorante Italiano at Waimalu Shopping Center. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Parking is also a challenge during the busy times. Chinese owners serving Italian food. The food is good, but not memorable good. Pasta is cooked well and their garlic cheese bread is very good. Spaghetti sauce too runny, but the Seafood Linguine is delicious. Prices are affordable, considering the portion size is generous and they don’t skimp on the protein. Another plus, it’s BYOB, so you can save some e $$$ on your bill.

My wife and I had lunch at my favorite restaurant (Catania) today for Father’s Day. The owners Andy and Linda are great and always make you feel like family. The food at Catania is the best Italian food on Oahu.
I ordered one of my favorites (Chicken Marsala) and my wife ordered (Hot Antipasto) Absolutely delicious. The two giant chicken breast are so tender and filled with Marsala a mouth watering sauce that blends so well with the pasta and mushrooms. The Hot Antipasto is the best Antipasto you will ever taste. Added benefit is ordering a side of hot garlic bread and then dipping the garlic bread into the Antipasto sauce. Incredible!

Stopped by because I live nearby. I noticed that this place has great reviews so I wanted to try it. I was not disappointed. Ordered the Chicken Marsala large pieces of chicken over pasta. Very delicious. Fast and friendly service. This place doesn’t disappoint. Go check them out.

It’s a really nice place and the staff are so nice and friendly The food portions are large and can be shared. I’ve had the Shrimp and Chicken Diablo for dinner my first visit and the Chicken Saltimbocca for lunch my second visit.

This place was amazing. The owners are the sweetest. I had Cheesecake Factory the night before and was really disappointed. When I ate at Catania, I was blown away. Huge portions for a reasonable price. The food is amazing and the desserts topped it all off. I will definitely recommend this place and come again.
