Today i stopped by kfc to just get a chicken little. Well i go in and i just absolutely how everyone was working and how smiles were just so friendly. I have been coming here for the almost 3 years and this is the best well managed i have ever seen it. Who ever the new GM is she is great and always smiling. The entire store has changed for the better.

Ordered pickup. 3 twisters and a 8pc tender with 3coleslaw and fries. Ordered 2 extra sauces . They handed me the bag, the chicken and biscuits wasn’t even in the bag. They had put willy nilly sauces in the bag. Even though I ordered a specific one. The sauce was open and all over the bag. ( could have provided the bare minimum of customer service and let me know the sauce was out prior to handing me the bag) when said somwthing about it, the woman i was working with said yeah it busted. I know its busted, its everwhere. Twisters were cold. They had to have been sitting out for a while. This is the second issue I’ve had with this KFC. I work for my money. Id rather go to a place that respects that, and actually puts the correct items in the bag. I understand a forgotten item. But it was the majority of my order. The other person had issues as well. Makes you think what else are they doing/not doing.

I honestly don’t know how this KFC location is still in business. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the place was completely mismanaged. The floors were sticky, the tables hadn’t been wiped down, and trash bins were overflowing. It felt neglected and chaotic.

The service was just as bad. The staff seemed irritated by basic questions, orders were mixed up, and the wait time was ridiculous considering there were barely any customers. When the food finally came out, it was lukewarm, greasy in the worst way, and clearly sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. The fries were stale, the chicken coating was soggy, and the drink machine was out of half the options.

What made it worse was the overall atmosphere—loud, disorganized, and uncomfortable. No one appeared to be supervising, and there was zero sense of professionalism.

This location seriously needs better management, cleaner standards, and staff training. Until major improvements are made, I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time or money here.

Disappointing at best !!! Ordered a bucket of chicken for pick-up at the store. Got home to find it was burnt and very dry !! It had obviously had been under a heating lamp for ages !!!
Called “Sabrina” the manager who was rude and said she has nothing to do with it because it was ordered on the KFC app. She said I need to call 1-800-Call-KFC. Their 1-800-Call-KFC representative told me that “company policy” is a refund of 50% regardless of condition of food or service !!
Wow !!!
Check your food, don’t expect a refund if the food sucks or is burnt….. you are only worth 50% to them as a customer and it shows !!!

Had an experience with the general manager, named Julie, extremely unprofessional, today I ordered a family bucket that COMES with sides, we picked it up and drove off, halfway through the ride we noticed we never got our sides. We went back through the window to let them know we never received the sides, I asked for the general manager (Julie) who told us it was OUR problem for not looking beforehand, we showed the recite and everything. Extremely rude and unprofessional, me and my family will NEVER be coming back here. If any higher up is reading this I highly recommend seeking out a new manager not only was she rude and childish but she shut the window in our faces.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The moment you walk in, no one greets you. There were several employees just standing around talking to each other, completely ignoring customers instead of watching the door or taking orders. We stood there for 6 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us and took our order.

To make it worse, they were out of grilled breast at 4:00 PM — how does a chicken restaurant run out of basic menu items that early in the day?

The restaurant was filthy. The baseboards are missing at the front counter where the registers are, which looks unprofessional and neglected. The entire self-serve drink area was dirty, sticky, and clearly not being maintained.

Even the outside looks bad. The landscaping is not kept up, and the flagpole never even has a flag on it, which says a lot about the pride (or lack of it) in this location.

Whoever the General Manager and District Manager are should be embarrassed. This location is poorly run from the outside to the inside, and customer service is completely nonexistent. One of the worst KFCs I’ve ever been to. Avoid if you value your time and cleanliness

Moved here in 2018 and have never been to this restaurant. Today I placed an order online for the first time and I showed up exactly when it said the order was ready with expectations to wait 5 or 10 minutes. It took 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged anyone at the front counter. The store was mostly empty as was the drive-thru. Everything looked clean and nice but there was just no food coming out. After waiting over 20 minutes with no updates on the order a lady came up and told me that we have another 9 minutes before the chicken is done cooking. I My order at that time Went to Zaxby’s in head My food in less than five minutes with excellent customer service.
Incredibly disappointed, I was hoping it would be good and I could convince my wife that we can start eating a KFC again but that’s just will never be the case. Now to figure out how to get a refund for an online order I never picked up….. ridiculous.
