Playplace is smaller than pics from years ago, but the kids still had fun! It’s a great place to grab a quick bite and let the kids play inside on these cold winter days! They also have a bathroom in the play area, so convenient!! They have the table tents so you can order at the kiosk and go sit to chill while the kids get right to playing before the food is even served!

You want McDonald’s in Kokomo Indiana? This is the best McDonald’s in town. The food is always fresher and the fries are always crispy. When I want McDonald’s I drive across town to this one. Everyone has always been very friendly and the service has been excellent.

Do not go on Sundays. The Sunday crew is slow and has everyone pull over to have them wait 5-10 minutes on their food. Third Sunday in a row this time. The manager and crew are more worried about their drive-thru timer than making meals for customers. If you choose to get pulled over, note it when filling out your receipt survey like I do.
Owner: to your response, we already say we don’t want to pull up. We already fill out the surveys and answer the question when asked if there was aproblem and if you were told to pull up and wait. There’s nothing more to say. Therefore, your formatted blanket response is worthless. We have done our job. Your turn to get that crew in shape.

I don’t know if there is new management or employees running the place now but I pulled up in Drive thru was greeted right away. Did not have to wait like normal. Pulled up to window they were actually mopping behind the counters and cleaning. Food was good as well.

We chose fast food because we were short on time. We only ordered 2 items, but we waited 30 minutes to get it and the food was cold.
The time before this, we waited less time, but there were homeless derelicts going in and out the door, standing in front of the door, laying across the seats.
I work just down the road from here, but I will not be coming back.

Used the drive thru and got to the window and was told to pull into a spot and wait. I have yet to just go to the window and get my food from the window in over a year. Every time pull up and wait. And forgot to put a straw in the bag too. Very disappointed in this place

I ordered in the App. I ordered two of the meal deals, two mcchickens mayo only and a boo bucket. I was asked twice if I was the mobile order to which I said yes. After a considerable wait for a fast food restaurant… I was handed the correct drinks, however… I did not receive the nuggets or sauces with the meal deals and I was given McChickens with no lettuce… but with cheese??? Which isn’t part of regular mcchicken to begin with. Attached is a photo of one of the mcchickens and the wrapper it came in, and my order as it said in the app. I attempted to call the restaurant twice and it was never answered. I have come to this location loyally but I think I’ll have to start just driving on down to Wendy’s instead if this is what they consider good, accurate service!

This stores always so dirty. Staff was nice but when I asked why my small order took so long manager guy was so rude and disrespectful. If your manager are that rude it’s no wonder your stores dirty and understaffed. Used to be a nice place but it’s gone downhill.

Food took 15+ minutes to arrive, server was snappy and frappe and ice cream was melted by the time it was given. All that was ordered was a 20 piece nugget, a plain Sundae and a frappe. To top it all off when we finally did get our melted ice cream the spoon provided was caked in an unknown putrid, foul smelling green substance (photos provided) when asked for another spoon we were given the quick response “that’s our last spoon” At least the drinks that we got ourselves were in good condition.

The co2 was out but still got charged for tea.we got home and it was all unsweetened tea. Fries was cold. And forgot the sauce for nuggets ♀️ ♀️. Brittany was nice and said she would replace the food. My autistic son wasn’t happy. If you have a special needs child then you understand how 1 small thing can be very big.
