I love Taco Bell, do not get me wrong, tonight may have just been a bad night for this location. We pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a few things of large nacho fries and a burrito. Got to the window and at first they offered us a free item for waiting, which was greatly appreciated. They then asked us a bit later while still at the window if we were okay with just two orders of nacho fries and two tacos instead of the third order. We had specifically ordered the three for a reason, so we didn’t really want to substitute it out, especially for something that is nowhere near similar to nacho fries. Waited a bit, got our food, and got home to discover that they had buried three very poorly made nacho fries in the bottom of the bag. We ordered large, and all three were halfway full, if that. Pretty sure they divided up the two nacho fries they originally had into three containers in order to get us out of the drive thru. We also didn’t get the first taco we were initially promised, but we at least got the burrito we ordered. Probably going to try a different location for the foreseeable future or just take a break from Taco Bell as a whole for a while. Photos were taken once we fully checked our order, not even having left the car yet before entering our home. We should’ve checked before we left the store, that’s on us unfortunately.

This was the worst food I have ever gotten a taco bell. The chalupa shells were so stale that they were uneatable. I asked for no tomatoes guess what I got tomatoes I asked to add nacho cheese but no nacho cheese which of course I get charged for. You want to charge 6 bucks for one chalupa at least make sure its fresh and at least pay attention to what the customer asks for especially if you’re going to charge extra for some freaking cheese and not even put it on. This was the nastiest food. I never leave reviews even if i don’t have a good experience but taco bell this definitely deserves the worst possible review ever. Customers pay money for at least something decent from a fast food place but this food wasn’t even decent i couldn’t even eat the damn stuff and probably would of chipped my teeth if I tried it was so damn hard.

A great Taco Bell. Quick and friendly service. Clean restroom. And the cheapest price of any Taco Bell I’ve seen in a long time. My only complaint is that they forgot to give us an eating utensil for the cheesy potatoes when we went through the drive-thru. We ended up neeting to use the restroom and got the utensil from inside.

Slow, very slow drive through. I ordered via the app and ended up waiting in line at the drive through for over 18 mins. For a place that operates from steam tables and microwaves that seems really slow.
Plus I ordered two Burrito Supremes and swapped the regular meat for steak. Got home and found I was given regular meat.

Hopefully I’m spelling his name right.. Taylor the evening/night manager is awesome!! He should get a $1 raise every day he works. Long story short I had a situation where my car got damaged because of a deep pothole as you exit the drive-thru. But I talked to him and he was so respectful and helpful. He went out of his way to try and help. He sure didn’t have to do that. But you can tell he truly cared. Hope you get to read this man. Your awesome!!

I went through the drive view to get dinner. Person working the drive through was helpful. The menu was such small print I could very see the words. From the time arrived and getting to the menu I must of sat 20 minutes to place my order, then had to wait about another 15 minutes to get my order. The food was OK, my chiplia was slightly warm the burrito was slightly warm the taco was the only thing that tasted fresh.

I was having a bad day that day and i pulled up to order. The lady on the other side was so patient calm and kind to me. Ordered party packs of tacos between soft and hard and EVERYTHING in the box and bag looked like a commercial advertisement. Hot,fresh, crisp, everything was so fresh

Was handed food (a boxed meal) without a bag, it almost spilled open as they handed it to me. The franchise quality has gone way down; i can drop the same price at a locally owned taco truck, get as much if not more, and taste better quality.

This is by far the best Taco Bell in town. Staff is always great and they package their bags perfectly tbh. Anytime there has been a mistake (which is rare) they are always happy to fix the order and that’s why I will always recommend this location. Only ever been to the drive thru so atmosphere was 10/10.

This is absolutely the worst experience here. They don’t know how to make anything. My crunchwrap is actually a soft wrap and forgot my chips for the nachos. Also my order should have had tacos but didn’t. I have know idea why but this city is the worst. I’ve ordered taco bell in about 3 dozen cities and this by far is the worst.
