We stopped in yesterday on 01/17/26 on our way back to Kentucky. The staff was very nice. Our waitress even took time to stand and talk to our grandson. The food was very good. It came at a very timely manner. If I’m ever back in the area we will definitely stop again

The first thing I noticed was a manager clearly not caring about the service or the servers. She was sitting at a table most of the time holding her baby, as I found out while watching her bring the baby with her when one of the servers had an issue at the computer. She clearly never helped any server & our server was young & had too many tables for one to handle. We waited 40 min. for our breakfast, & I had to ask a hostess for more coffee. Our food came out half warm because our server could not keep up. I have worked in the food industry & by the looks of the food under that warmer, everyone in there should have complained. That manager (brunette, medium build, late 20’s possibly 30’s) needs fired or re-trained. Very unprofessional & I felt sorry for the servers. Bob Evans, do better!! I will not be back at the Cambridge location.

Insanely slow service. Management can seem to properly staff the store.
Ordered coffee, it came out cold. I sent it back, got a second cold cup.

We ordered take out. The food was amazing and didn’t take long at all. My eggs were cooked perfectly. The one thing that stood out was the take out boxes the good came in. They were hands down the best quality I’ve ever seen. So sturdy, zero leaks.

SLOW service! Cold food. Waited to eat until after the brunch rush, but apparently that didn’t matter much. Waited almost 30-minutes after our order was placed with the server. And as you can see with the additional photo, they were not busy. Bacon was cold and dry, obviously not prepared fresh. Biscuits were cold by the time our food came out. Server was obviously embarrassed by telling us three different times our food would be out in a few minutes. Even paying our bill was difficult! Thank God this is not our hometown BE. Very atypical experience for the chain and expect more. Slow service seems to be the norm according to other reviews.

Amazing ! Great food ! So much for your buck! And clean and staff was so friendly and hardworking ..in Cambridge, Ohio..you get an excellent meal for a reasonable price .. recommend highly !!! The staff at Cambridge,Ohio is amazing,professional, kind,and Ana was our waitperson and awesome !
