First of all I ordered from this McDonald’s today on Magee and Oracle road I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese combo large the Fry’s not even half full no straw no napkins 10 piece nuggets there was only nine oh let’s not forget the hair that was in the breaded nugget I paid for two extra ranch didn’t get it. I ordered through Uber eats the weight was absurd especially for them not to get everything correct that’s ridiculous. I will never order from them again it’s been years and now it’s going to be never again and I will warn people not to order from there they’re disgusting. Make sure you zoom in on the Nugget to see that hair unsanitary and I need a refund.

The wings were really , really good and I am picky on my wings. They had a lot of meat and were cooked properly. The sauces were good as well. The atmosphere was clean and open. The service was fast and very polite. They also do bar trivia, 2 nights a week, so I will be going back for that!!!

Great food, they dont always get everything correct, still great. The order Kiosk is to use without help and card readers are poor. Hashbrowns are not cooked long enough or hot enough, still good.

Every single time I come here the tables and floors in the kids area are filthy. My little guy stayed for an hour playing and I never once saw one of these lazy workers come in to clean a table

Keep in mind this play area is not good for little ones. I would say five and up would be safe in this particular area. Food was amazing and fresh, however refills are very restricted. Make sure you don’t get lemonade if you want a refill( what the heck ?) because they tend to be very bothered and rude if you ask?

So I order a small fry & asked for them to give me another bag because I didn’t pay $4 for them to give me air. So the worker closed the drive thru window & decides to give me a kid fry through the window. Very unsanitary. Won’t catch me back to this location

I put off reviewing this place for a long time because it’s fast food and they all mess up. But this one has been consistently terrible in a way that has to be at least partially by choice. Their app switches to breakfast after 10 PM and has don’t so for over a year but they won’t give you breakfast if you order it. They’ll often shut down the restaurant randomly but not the app so you’ll drive all the way there to have to cancel and refund your order. Today was the final straw on my patience when I tried to place an order including free fries for free fries Friday. There was an app issue and the employees took one look at me when I walked in. “App order? Yeah we’re having issues you’ll get an automatic refund, place your order again.” Obviously my coupon was already used up when I tried to place it again and when I asked about that they said “I dunno call support.” It turns out McDonald’s has the single worst support system I’ve ever encountered. Online support was a buggy AI that got trapped in a logic loop of asking my name 3 times, phone support was no help at all and the first person I spoke to transferred me to delivery when I said the reason I hadn’t hung up was because I was waiting for the review he asked me to wait for. So I ended up speaking with three people and none of them could help me. All I wanted was my free fries. They’re the only thing that makes McDonald’s worth going to sometimes outside of breakfast considering how overpriced everything is without the food quality going up.
They’re even the only location in Tucson that doesn’t have the bagel breakfast sandwiches or steak breakfast sandwiches. To be the only one has to be either McDonald’s themself shunning them or a particularly incompetent manager. If I ever go to McDonald’s again it won’t be this one.

If you like waiting in a drive through for over 30 minutes only to have them forget your order anyway and make you pull forward and wait an additional 5 minutes, this is the McDonalds for you. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE USELESS
