This is consistently the slowest McDonald’s I go to. The drive through line is always long, not because they’re super busy but because it takes FOREVER to get your food. The food usually comes out alright (a bit cold) but they almost never give my kid the under 3 you I ask for. I’d stay away unless you have no other choice.

20 min is not fast food. I left without getting the food I paid for. I don’t understand how you run a mcyd’s so poorly. Like it’s an established thing, there’s no mystery involved.
I’ve been to more traditional greasy spoons where I got and ate a better meal quicker than it took for this location to not give me any food.
So I drive off, having donated about 10$ to McDonald’s, hangry and sure to never return. There’s a Taco John’s just down the block that will enjoy my patronage from here on. Congratulations on being the worst.

This place needs management that knows what is going on. I have been in drive through 20 plus minutes. People are leaving, 3 cars now. The last time we were here the counter gal literally ignored us nobody took our order or put a sign up their app wasn’t working. One of our orders went through when they were closed. No signs, nothing. This is the B squad. I get up to the window and then they want me to go wait in a spot after 20 minutes. Sheesh!

This is probably the worst McDonald’s in Duluth. Every time I come here, even if I order ahead on the app, I spend a minimum of 15 minutes in the drive through or at the curbside, no matter how many people are in front of me. Today I ordered on the app and went through the drive through. There were about 8 cars ahead of me and it took an average of 5 minutes for each individual car. When I finally got to the pickup window, there was nobody there. After a few minutes, I saw one crew member having a casual conversation with another, looked at me like I was an inconvenience, and then gestured toward another coworker, who came to the window and asked what my order was. When I told him, he gave me the food and forgot my drink (which apparently hadn’t even been prepared yet), so I reminded him. At this point I was borderline late for work, so I sped off immediately after he handed me the drink. I will not be back to this location. It’s clear that they are understaffed, the staff who do work there are either incompetent or apathetic, and they clearly don’t value their customers.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Everything is dirty, employees don’t wear gloves, and the bathrooms smell gross. I waited 22 minutes for 3 meals and the food was cold. I wasn’t sure who worked there as half of their staff wasn’t even in uniform and were arguing amongst themselves. I overheard a lady complain that she was late for work and they had lost her order while I was typing this. They need to shut this place down asap!

Ordered on the app. Set it for drive through pick up. Pulled up to box gave them the “code” they said yep pull to the window, was given my receipt and next window was given my drinks and asked to pull forward, 5 cars in front of me, one after another they received their food and left. I waited about ten minutes finally I really needed to leave at that point having been there for 15 minutes and needing to move on , finally a young woman came out and said they had lost my order. Not sure how you can lose an order after it was confirmed at the box, given a receipt for it and then given the drinks for it. Then it disappeared? When I called the manager (because obviously I ordered and paid for food. After explaining he said I could come back and get a ‘free meal card’ I was actually hungry when I ordered. I explained I was headed out of town now as I had delayed myself too long already. I asked for the general manager or the franchisee to call me. He declined and became angry and barking at me. Zero professionalism, zero customer care or concern. As long as they have your money they don’t care.

Ordered a few weeks back the grinch happy meal for my sister, they left out the grinch salt, and even forgot the socks that they said they had. Just ordered today a big mac meal and medium mocha frappe. HOW DO YOU MAKE A FRAPPE WARM AND HAVE THE CONSISTENCY OF KWIK TRIPS CHOCOLATE MILK. Also fries were cold to the touch, bottom bun was replaced with the middle bun on the big mac. the big mac had the texture of biting into leather, not sure if it was left in a warmer for too long or what they did. Go to any other McDonalds in Duluth.

This is a convenient spot to stop. It also has the indoor kids area still. They no longer have the soda machine out and I couldn’t order a soda at the kiosk. The food was fresh but I have been here when it hasn’t been fresh. They did bring us our food and Soda. The place was clean and has restrooms. We visited about 1:00pm and it was not busy at that time.

The absolute slowest drive thru in fast food history..employees just laugh and don’t care one bit. Multi cars left along with me. This has happened multiple times in the past years and im finally done with it. Better off to drive to Hermantown or west duluth!

Closed off kitchen should have been the first red flag as McDonald’s is supposed to have an open kitchen view. Then there was 3 customers standing at the counter for help no kiosk were working but no employees were coming to help just standing there working the drive through occasionally looking at us to not help. The manager had long hair and no hair tie. Decorations everywhere and a bowl of candy? Nothing in the lobby was stocked and the little bit I could see were they stand and bag food was not stocked. After waiting 5 minutes I left and went to a different restaurant they clearly didn’t want our business.
