Mom and I went for a girls day out. She ordered a chicken parm and I got Alfredo. Upon arriving home with the food, I found some interesting things in mine. First off, finding salmon in chicken broccoli Alfredo wasn’t what I expected. We found a small piece when inside but I didn’t say anything. I’ve now found more salmon and jalapeños than I asked for (which was none.)
But the fact is, the food was absolutely amazing despite those small issues. The balance between sauce and pasta was perfect, they cooked the broccoli amazingly and even the chicken (which.i don’t usually eat) was extremely well made! Our waitress was so kind and remembered that I liked extra cherry’s in my Shirley Temples. She checked in on us but wasn’t ever hovering. She made a spot for my mom to put her mobility scooter without being in the way.
When I got home, I called them and talked to someone and she was super sweet and understanding. She offered to switch me to a manager and I declined because this call wasn’t so I could complain, but to let them know so they could be more aware of this in the future. She said that she would still talk to the manager and relay the message to the cooks.
I’ve never been to UNO’s before but I am honestly so happy with my experience here and this is a place I will most definitely go back to!

Excellent service. Zachary was my waiter. His was so friendly and attentive. He was awesome!! Had the frozen peach mango drink and it was Delicious with a very nice presentation. The berry and goat cheese salad had excellent flavor and a good amount of everything in it.
Also enjoyed a personal size 4 cheese pizza (which I could not finish). Overall a great experience. If in the area again, I would definitely return.

Our waitress Marissa was amazing!! She was super attentive while she was running around doing a million other things. The fabric tape over the rips in the booth seats was a little ghetto and it seemed a bit pricey at $70 for two people with no alcoholic drinks. Overall a good experience.

If you are in Tilton, NH, and want to hit up a chain, this is the one to pick. 99 is not what it used to be. Applebee’s quality is way down, and I feel like their food is loaded with sodium. I was impressed here with everything. The drinks were also great as I didn’t feel like the margarita was just loaded with sweet syrup but actually had flavor. I left here feeling satisfied with zero complaints, which is rare these days. Thursday was pasta night. I didn’t realize until I received the bill and it was only $12.99!

The food was okay but what ruined it for us was the horrible service. The waitress took our order for apps and drinks then another server brought them over. Just pickle fries and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were barely warm and just a brick of cheese in the middle that didn’t move. The pickle fries were good. The waitress then apparently forgot that she hadn’t taken our order for rest of the food. She then took the order when clearing the app plates. Once or meals came out, we asked for drink refills. She forgot those too. When she finally came back when we were finishing our meals, we once again asked for the refills. It must have slipped her mind, as it was another 5 mins with an extremely quiet and nowhere near busy restaurant. When the drinks did come, they were wrong… We won’t be returning

So it’s not very often that I get to go out to eat with my wife because we have kids. But we chose to go here last night and Marissa the bartender who was such an amazing server, that we just had to come again tonight, only our second time ever being here she remembered everything we got the night before what we drink what we need to go with our food. Amazing service and great food.

Had the large cheese pizza,mozzarella cheese sticks, and spinach artichoke dip. Also tried the classic Uno burger. The pizza cheese and sauce were great, but the dough was a weird texture. The burger was fantastic, and the apps were pretty good. The prices were not too bad and the staff was pleasant and friendly.

I enjoy the personable, responsive staff and consistent food. I usually ask to sit in the bar, which for some reason appeals to me, …maybe the healthy list of regional beers? Their take on fried pickles is unique as they’re sliced lengthwise and called pickle fries. Ironically they’re next door to a popular burger joint but Uno’s outperforms them in quality, service (come on, actual sit down service), and atmosphere, not to mention price. The competitor doesn’t have lunch specials, just the option of a plain, small burger with small fries (charged separately) which can compete price wise with a recent Uno’s lunch special featuring full size bacon cheddar burger/fries. Just an old guy here, noticing things.

Brought a friend for her birthday and was seated right away. Waitress seemed a bit annoyed and asked what we wanted to drink. She brought me a flat soda and a coffee that must have been sitting there all day. Ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer which were ok. Ordered a thin crust pizza and a well done burger. The pizza was raw on the bottom and burger was rare. Waitress disappeared so I asked another employee to get the manager. The manager Amanda was super apologetic and comped the bill, gave us a gift card, and gave my friend a huge piece of chocolate cake. She made everything right.

Loved eating here. We had a big group with a lot of kids. The service was great. Pizza was amazing. The only complaint is that they were sold out of many items on their menu but I’m sure that’s not a normal occurrence we just got their after a busy couple of days. Server was very nice and prompt to get us drinks and make sure the kids had what they needed.
