I ordered 2 drinks a sundae and 2 orders of chicken bites, I ordered it threw door dash, my dasher made stops before it got to me so I was mildly irritated by the long wait and just wanted my food so you can imagine my surprise when I get my drinks and sundae no problem but no chicken. In its place IS A BREAKFAST BURRITO!! I ordered this around 6 or 7 in the afternoon, so yk this burrito is old and dry i am very upset with this experience

A couple of things went wrong. The service was excellent, as always. The person who brought us are food was sweet and friendly. However, the wrong credit card was used even though we have a credit card on file on the app. This had nothing to do with the local Sonic. It was the app’s fault. Then instead of two hamburgers, we got three and the food wasn’t cold but it wasn’t hot neither. And for some reason they never make their shakes mixed well. All the good stuff (In this case bits of brownie and the peppermint) is at the bottom ☹️(and it’s not very much) and the rest is all vanilla ice cream. I wish they would learn to alternate by putting in some vanilla ice cream, some of the good stuff, vanilla, some of the good stuff, so it’s mixed through out. This is a curbside only service. There is no dining inside. But again, the people are always kind and friendly there.

Beyond ridiculous…ordered a large mozzarella sticks, a large tot and a bag of ice…the mozzarella sticks are separated into 5 different bags with 2 mozzarella sticks in each bag, and all were rick hard, my tots are cold, and my ice was 1 big rock of water. After sitting there for almost 30 minutes after it said my food was on its way out.

Hire more staff or do your scheduling better because I waited over 30 minutes for one mobile order combo meal ended up having to call customer service for a refund and that was a nightmare. At least come out and check in on people or update them if you’re a manager.

The wait times are AWFUL.
There’s only one out two cars there at times and it’s still a 30 min wait time EVERY TIME.
It’s been like that for months not sure why but I didn’t get all of my food in an order and by the time I got the rest of the order the other food was cold.

Worse service ever. They are slow taking my order and are even slower at delivering my order. Not to mention rude. The food isn’t worth the hassle. I don’t recommend for anyone to go to sonic unless they just wanna waste their time and money.

never give the amount of sauce requested. if I order 4 I want 4 not 2. charge extra if you have to, but give the customer what they ask for.

When is your establishment going to clean this place up??? You could start by repairing and replacing the order stations. And have a manager who treats the employees like humans. Maybe the carhops would work there longer than a month!!! You’re very near losing another faithful customer .

Absolutely unacceptable. We have waited 40 minutes for 2 ocean waters. Pressed the button multiple times for them to finally answer as if we were new customers. they finally brought the drinks but i wasnt offered a refund or anything. to say i am fuming would be an understatement.

I waited 17 minutes for my food and press the button again I was told that they were working hard to try to get all of the orders out and at 25 minutes I decided to leave. Don’t waste your time. I’m not sure if you’ll ever get your food or if they care.
