We ordered takeout and they failed to put my Cesear salad in the order and forks for the other meals. We went back to pick up the Cesear salad and they didn’t give us the salad dressing. I tried calling the restaurant and the phone went to voicemail. Horrible service for takeout.

Stopped in on our way through town and had tyler as our server. From the time we sat down to when we left Tyler was attentive, friendly and incredibly helpful. After traveling all day with a 4 yo cooped up in a car, he was so understanding with us needing time and was patient and made sure that the food we ordered came out how we ordered. So appreciative of the service we received, and would highly recommend asking for Tyler as your server when you stop by!

I recently visited the Buffalo Wil Wings at 1553 Baytree Rd, in Valdosta, GA. I went to this restaurant with the intent on watching the football playoffs. It was a good choice since they had so many televisions on many games. I sat at the bar and was greeted timely and served my drinks as I needed them. It was a nice place to go.

We waited for over 45 minutes and didn’t get our food or drinks. I watched at least 4 other tables that came in after me receive drinks and food. I drove approximately 45 minutes to eat and never saw food….received a glass of wine only after they said they didn’t have it (wine)and the 30 minutes later said they found it. Probably not returning …..very sad. I realize food service can be difficult…this was ridiculous

Walked in, no one greeted us until 5 mins later after 2 employees looked at us, it was 4:30 and they only had 3 tables that had ppl at them, got seated and it was another 10 mins before a sever came and she apologized for our wait and said she don’t know where everyone is at and don’t know what’s going on. 10 tables where ppl have ate was not cleaned off and there was trash all over the floor. This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been at!! Don’t not go here period!

So this is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Buffalo’s. We initially tried to order through the app, but the app was having issues so we called ahead to the restaurant off of Baytree and we got the manager . We asked him about the 20 piece traditional wings special for 19.99. We advised of the trouble we had on the app And asked if we could place the order inside once we arrived and he said yes. Then once we get there, the young lady who was at the counter says that the manager that answered was new and unfortunately , the order had to be placed online. So we proceed to a table to order the food online because that’s the only way to get the special when a waiter approaches us and ask us if we’re gonna order for here or to go. so we tell him we plan to order to go online and just ordered waters while we waited. About 30 minutes passed and we are looking around for someone to bring the food. He knew we placed the order online never once told us that our food was ready. Nobody came to the to go counter. While I’m proceeding to wait for somebody to come to the to go counter the waiter who brought us the water saw me standing there and said he would go check on the food n bring it to me once it’s done. He served 5 more people before bringing us our food at that time. The food was cold. The fries were hard. The chicken was so dry. It was Tragic! I’m not coming to the buffaloes anymore. They’ve lost my business. It sucks the most because we had been sitting there from the moment we ordered there’s no reason our food should have been cold!! It’s like he intentionally left the food because was mad we didn’t order through him or maybe they gave us old food.

We got our food.. it wasn’t the best, our wedges were burnt to a crisp and we didn’t finish a third of our food.
We never got refills on our drinks. We went to pay and she offered to-go drinks. They were out of tea and sugar so they had no more sweet tea. We left about 1030 or so, so I’m not sure if they didn’t want to make anymore or not.
Doesn’t surprise me for a Buffalo wild wings, but since we were out of town we were hoping it may be better.

service was horrible, everything was burnt. they brought us THREE SINGULAR burnt TORTILLA CHIPS QUESTIONING IF WE WOULD LIKE TO CONSUME THEM STILL as if it was a 5 star appetizer?? Their excuse for the three singular burnt chip fell between the lines of old oil….because thats definitely something to tell your customers.. in concern of everything being burnt i asked if i were to order the cookie skillet would it be the color of the skillet… the waitress proceeded to tell me “she just works here she dosent know” exactly ma’am unfortunately, YOU work HERE so go back into the kitchen and find out.. Buffalo wild wings… more like Extremely Burnt Tortilla Chip Wings.
