We arrived early dinner time about 430. Was fairly quiet and not too many customers yet. A few did come in after a bit. Service was friendly and maybe not the fastest, but we weren’t in a hurry and was looking around the restaurant. It was our first visit to this one in our new town.
Food was very good and hot. Drinks were good too; we tried the sliegh all day Rita. It was good.

Worst experience ever took forever to get my food almost an hour my daughter was done eating about time my food came out. Several people got their food before I did and they showed up after me mind you I only order appetizer’s . Food was actually not even hot when I got it. There was a waiter that was stealing tips from vulnerable innocent older people. I witness it my self it was four older Caucasian I felt bad for them I brought it to the managers attention he did nothing about it except made excuses for the waiter the supposedly had been work there for over 10 years. I also saw him scam other customers. I’ve traveled all over and am ex military over I didnt know those for older people from a can of paint however I believe in doing the right thing I had to speak up the manager did nothing so I covered the rest of the older folks bill my self. My reviews have over 2.5 mill views so lots of people see my stuff stay away from this place unless u want to be scammed out your money it could be your grandparents mom dad etc this has had to be the worst experience ever.

You can get a 2 for $25 or $29 (or whatever) with 3 soft drinks, extra side of fries, and tip for about $45 – $50 total (as of summer 2024). Very reasonable. Will feed dad + 2 kids well! Please keep it going!

Ordered curbside to go online today (Saturday) at 11:15 am, my husband ordered the four cheese Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders and I ordered some wings and asked for half sweet chili and half garlic Parmesan. My husband said his pasta was super watery and you can see in the image posted how sad my wings looked. They were dry, not sauced at all and I don’t even know what the clear slices were on top but it wasn’t cheese. Super disappointing, probably won’t be back for a while.

Whatever server was working 8 PM today, October 31 had the worst attitude. Moved around like she was busy, but was just going from corner to corner Hudson and puffin with a bad attitude. I simply asked her a question mind you there’s four tables with people that’s it’s not super busy and had the nerve to huff and puff and say do you want a manager?

Not sure I’ve ever seen a manager so helpful! My wife and I eat out several times a week and we’re pleasantly surprised. Whole staff running around but seemed happy, manager helping and even interacted with us. Shout out to Blake for the great service. Bartender jakayla also strong service and drinks!

Where has customer service gone ?
– The food was not good . The bar tender was rude & bossy with me.
– It’s it just me or do some restaurant’s act like they don’t need the business?
– We need to raise minimum wage so there’s no excuses for this behavior.
Everybody’s allowed a bad day, I’ve had a few myself. It’s not the next person’s problem someone else was rude to you. Don’t be like the person that got you in a bad mood!

Really Great. I accidentally mocked our servers laugh and I didn’t mean to im so sorry if you worked 1/27/26 around 7pm . you were awesome I just mimic other people sometimes but you were so wonderful 10/10

It wasn’t busy inside at all but the customer service was horrible. First we walked in to 3 hostesses just talking and ignoring we walked in. So we just sat ourselves. Our waitress took about 5 minutes to acknowledge that we were there even though they all were standing by the bar. The garden salad was so small and pitiful. Then we had to go find our waitress to pay. Let me say this was not busy at all. Poor service. Won’t be going back to Altoona Applebee’s.
