Very quick service, staff is very friendly and easy to talk with, food was excellent, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo for myself and a regular chicken sandwich combo for my wife. You need to ask for the additional toppings like the lettuce and tomato for an additional 20 cents each plus the mayonnaise which was no charge for.

The staff at this Chick-fil-A is incredibly kind and welcoming! The employees were so nice, and even the supervisor was very friendly and helpful. However, the wait time was much longer than expected—I felt like I was waiting forever. I understand that sometimes things get busy, but it definitely seemed slower than usual. Also, one of my fries was green, which was a little concerning. I really appreciate the great customer service, but I hope they can work on speeding things up a bit in the future!

Three times I’ve placed orders on the App only for them to never accept or start the order even after I had parked in the parking lot. Definitely not as good as it used to be. Management clearly isn’t pulling it’s weight.

This location is a 20 minute drive from my house but we still make it multiple times per week for the deliciousness. I gave the atmosphere lower stars because they are in the middle of a busy food court. But there are usually plenty of good, clean tables near the pickup area. Ordering ahead saves plenty of time but I do recommend always double checking your order. It’s a busy location and mistakes do get made often. I have taken home incomplete orders several times before initiating the double check rule. But the staff is always on the ball, always polite, always generous, and almost always efficient.

I love chick fil a, hands down the best fast food franchise but mall chick fil a’s always put me in doubt. This place served me 8 of 11 awful tasting sauces. All the polynesian, ranch and honey mustard were expired the only one that seemed to maintain its taste was the chick fil a sauce. The entire meal today was just questionable from the lemonade to the grilled nuggest, fries etc. never gain(had my girl smell the nuggests and she gagged that says enough)

Chicken tenders are appropriately named. They were juicy and tender on the inside with a nice crispy outer crust. Their sweet mustard sauce is not only a great accompaniment to their chicken tenders but also a great dipping sauce for the waffle fries. Give it a try.

Been here 8 times and 5 orders were incorrect! Ordered chicken cob salads last 3 times and the salad included lettuce ends! Who prepares a salad and includes that part of the salad???!!?!!??

I feel like the food court is cursed. You take a normally great food chain, throw it in the mall, and quality somehow sharply goes downhill. Chik-Fil-A is a great example. Would highly recommend driving across town to the other one.
Or maybe I’ve just had bad luck. 5 times of bad luck (yeah I keep trying since I want this one to be good since it’s closer to me). Dry bread, super greasy bread, missing items, soggy fries, and my favorite one that happened lately and caused me to write this review: paper thin chicken.
I’ll give them one extra star since staff is always nice I guess.

This is a super busy Chick-Fil-A they did give us the wrong order but fixed it very quickly. Its not their fault, but this line can be 50 people deep at times with their workes going into the line to start to order quickee, so remember this when you think you’re going to get a quick meal. They do have a curb side pick up that os very good.
