$26 of well well done chicken and curly fries. So burnt we couldn’t eat much of it. And we were the only people they had to serve. Pictures don’t clearly show how dark the food was. Seemed like this was cold food when we walked on and they re-fried it.

HIGHLY displeased with this service. My family and I decided to dine here as this Arby’s is usually MUCH better. We arrive a little over an hour before their posted closing time because we wanted to dine in. We place 2 mobile orders online that go through and one mobile order that was having difficulty. For some reason the ASAP option on the website wasn’t available as an option and kept saying it wasn’t a valid time to pick up food. We set that order for 9:50 as it’s the closest we can set it to (keep in mind the Arby’s is scheduled to close at 10:30 as listed on Google, on the establishment, and on the website. As we enter (9:32) we’re told we have 10 minutes. We go to the counter to pick up our orders and to figure out what’s going on because we’re able to place orders online for in the building for after they supposedly close. As more and more customers come in the continuously say 5 more minutes to everyone. At this point it’s past the time they said they’d close and they’re still taking guests and haven’t closed the doors. One person in our party didn’t order online and had to order in person. Before another set of guests came in to order their food my party member waited for about 6 minutes or more and didn’t receive any attention or help. 4 minutes later another set of customers come in, getting the greeting of “we close in 5 minutes” and they’re helped almost immediately as they walk up. 20 minutes later no one has closed the doors or sent guests away and it’s now 10:00 pm and one of our party is still waiting on their food and the Arby’s is still very clearly open.

I came to this establishment Friday night and from the minute I entered the parking lot the manager was outside on a call he still took the time to greet me before I even got off the bike,he treated me very friendly the entire staff and the inside were very nice professional smiles they made sure that my food came out fresh it was cooked to order without me even having to ask. They gave me sauce packets. Excellent customer service I decided to come back again last night and I didn’t see the same exact staff I’m seeing a whole new staff from the night prior and I received the same exact phenomenal customer service from a young lady with red hair and two other young ladies Each of them greeted me. They were very friendly. I’m blown away with the customer service here and the diversity here I love it keep doing a great job you guys are already doing I will continue to give this Arby’s business.

Went through drive through and ask for my poppers to be freshly cooked after sitting in Drive thru for 5 min the young man opened the window and responded. I’m sorry they are pissing me off can you please pull to the front door. I pulled to the front door and waited another 7 min my food came out and it was old and cold. I got out of my car and asked for a refund and quickly the young lady refunded my money never gave an apology or ask what was the problem. I wish that I could rate this visit a 0 but When you have a bunch ofyoundg kids running a whole restaurant at night by themselves this will be the outcome…

The restaurant closes at 11:00 and I needed to pick up an order. She made me leave the store at 10:20 and was very rude. They have bad employees and are very disrespectful. I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Don’t go! I also want to add that they take way too long.

35 minutes to place a combo order with only 1 person ahead of me in line. Severely under staffed. Taking and completing 1 order at a time rather than taking all the orders and going back to prepare the orders. There were 3 people working behind the counter. Clearly drive through gets all the priority.

Place was spotless for my visit, including the restroom. Accidentally gave the lady at the register an extra $20 bill w/o realizing it & she promptly made me aware of my mistake. Thank you young lady for being so honest, keep up the great work!

I was so excited to try the Abry’s Good Burger 2 meal because I love “The Good Burger movie”. First of the price was $12.39 which I found a bit steep but expected because it’s limited time meal. There was nothing Good Burger about the meal except for they place a sticker on the foil. I was hoping the bag, the cup, and even on the fries it would’ve said “Good Burger” on there as well. The burger looked messy when I opened it and it tasted like a Big Mac with a thicker patty. So my high expectation for expected it to taste like a burger I never had was a let down. I wish my shake would’ve been a bigger size because of the price I paid. Glad I tried the meal but it was worth the price.
