The fries were disgusting, cold, and stale. It tastes like it was sitting out all day and they just threw salt on it. I had just ordered them too. It tastes like it was microwaved. I couldn’t finish them and ended up throwing them away. This is first time I have tasted disgusting fries from McDonald’s. They always tasted good and was my favorite part but this was just bad.

Paid for a breakfast order at 10:30 AM, before the 11:00 AM cutoff. When I arrived at 11:15, the staff flat-out refused to make it and told me to cancel the order.

Every time I come here they always seem to miss at least two items I order. Big Mac meal? Forget the drink and the fries and just give me the Big Mac! Nope forget that, give me the Big Mac but only have one part of the Big Mac have fillings! This place is crazy and the staff are very slow to clean up kids messes. If you order from this locations either go in person and check your order before you leave or just dine in.
The last time I came here, all employees were on break and I had ordered for national cheeseburger day, they missed everything but the cheeseburger I had ordered. The one lady who was at the register when I had showed her my receipt and the food I had gotten cursed to the employees eating their food in the lobby saying some explicit language to them to go and make the fries. This place actually scares me.

Ordered a quarter pounder with no onions, they had me pull forward and wait almost 5 minutes for my order. Fries were old, burger was not “fresh” but was burnt. Why did I have to wait for food that wasn’t fresh? Also ordered a few other things and nothing was fresh.

after being out we stopped at the mcdonald’s to get something to eat and a ice cream not sure the employees name it was a guy at the register and a girl who was cleaning everyone was so friendly to us nice and didn’t have to wait long honestly probably one of the nice locations i have been at lol but definitely would go again if i’m ever in the north side of town

I don’t want to go off like a “Karen” here so I’m keeping this brief and to the point. When I spend $8.50 on fast food from McDonald’s, I expect a little more than this. You advertise pay starting at $14.00 an hour but yet your employees can’t even put a simple sandwich together? Come on McDonald’s we can do so much better. Can we go back to the good old days when the customers actually mattered
