We came in on a Sunday for lunch. We did have a party of 8. The place was very nice and the food was good. The food did take long to come out. We looked online at the menu before we went. The prices they had listed online need updating because everything was about $5 more when we got there. The food was good but honestly I don’t feel it was worth the money.

We had the most delicious meal here. We were looking to eat somewhere different than our usual, so we decided to eat here! We got the Vaca Frita and Pollo A La Nata. Both are so good! The Vaca Frita steak was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, cooked to perfection. The Pollo A La Nata chicken was delicious, and the creamy bacon sauce was so so good! We were dipping everything in it! The Patatas a lo pobre potatoes were so good and crisped to perfection. Everything we had was off the charts, we will mostly definitely be back!

We had a party if 5 on a Friday night. I only got the yucca fries. We split 4 empanadas. They both were awesome. We asked about ordering drinks. Our waiter said to “hang tight “ and walked away. We realized it was too busy to order drinks. Included are pictures of how busy it was.

Stop in for lunch. Wonderful atmosphere, great music! Staff We’re very welcoming and attentive. We both ordered the Cuban sandwich was delicious. The homemade chips were amazing, addictive! We need to go back for dinner!

Mambo Grill & Tapas is one of the best restaurants in Salisbury, hands down. They are only open Friday-Sunday and reservations are recommended. But you honestly cannot go wrong with this Cuban menu.

What a stunning restaurant! Absolutely a 10/10! Really authentic cuban food. Reminded me of some of the best cuban restaurants in Miami! The inside is also stunning. Wonderful atmosphere. The mojito was perfection, as was all the food. If you are looking or needing some Latin flair in your life, this is the spot. I plan on returning again, and again, and again!

The restaurant is large with a second floor and a bar. It’s very beautifully decorated and is a great date night spot.
Portions and very good.
The food is VERY flavorful and authentic.

Mambo is at a level with La Habana, our friends who have been to Cuba, said this is more authentic than Miami. Atmosphere perfect, Claire was personable, friendly, and fun. Food is exquisite! Thank for the experience. We’re waiting on the Flan and Cafe con Leche, made by the owners cuban mother.
