How do you 1 place the meat on the grill, 2 take the meat off the grill and put in heating cabinet, 3 put it a the sandwich, and not notice paper on the burger. 3 chances to notice and still end up with paper on my sons qtr pounder. Looking at other reviews, this is not the first time.

Long line at drive thru, took about 20 minutes but this was at 1130 pm on a Saturday so I was just happy it was open. Fries could have been more salted but still good. Super nice staff even at that time of night. Everything else was a typical McDonald’s experience and good

Late night drive thru staff gets an A+. I
cannot remember the last time fast food served a hot burger, and boy was it hot! I expected the fries to be hot because I always order them without salt but that burger was hot as well. Thanks Also, the staff was patient as I was indecisive about my order.

Bad service. Bad food.
We went to the drive-through and ordered our food. The person taking the order was short and not accommodating, although the order seemed correct when they read it back to us. This included two barbecue sauce and two sweet and sour.. The person that took the money was short with us and not nice. Once we got up to the window for our food, they simply handed us the bags, and of course we checked them. The sauces were not in there as per usual, so we asked for two barbecue and two sweet and sour. The girl handed me two of one kind and one of another and said that we need to get out of line because there’s people waiting in line for their food.
WHAT in the world!!!?? Very rude.
So as we’re leaving, my wife grabbed one of her spicy chicken nuggets and it was very old and literally petrified crunchy. I really wanted to turn around and go back to the store so bad, but we didn’t.
I would have been nice about it, had I gone back. I have never worked anywhere in my life where I would have gotten away with anything like that though. The whole family was disappointed and the food and poor service by multiple people.

I’m a delivery pick up and I received a pick up at the store and one of the employees never attended to me and she was talking in the phone and touching food at the same time ,that’s not at Good service to the restaurant because they serving food and touching the phone at the same time taking the order take she is serving is a cross contamination. I DON’T understand what kind of training that lady received to work in McDonald’s.

I stop by for lunch during my shift last night and ordered double quarter pounder with plan and I received my food and found paper on the patty hidden under the cheese. Definitely lost my appetite. And didn’t have time to go back due to being busy with work. This is unacceptable especially for McDonald’s.
