I ordered two burgers and the apple pecan vinaigrette salad. I got to the window and was charged for two salads. No problem! Was offered a refund for the salad immediately.. great, manager was yelling at drive-through employee, making him feel badly for messing up. Not cool. She then proceeded to give me a refund in cash when I had paid card. I proceeded to count the change and realized that she had shorted me on my refund! On top of that, the burgers had no condiments. We had specifically asked for extra condiments, and bit in to the Sahara desert?!! Like bro, it’s not that hard to give good customer service and to squeeze a little mayo out. Anyways, the guy working the drive-through was lovely. Such a nice guy taking our order and talking us through everything. Manager however… would give minus one star if I could for her and her attitude. Sad.

I had a great time tonight going to Wendys with my family we all ordered the new biggie bags and were surprised by how much food we got, we had to wait like 2 mins until we got our food which is honestly not bad at all even when it was busy. Great place for dinner will try again.

Passed by this Wendy’s location on Watt Ave. North of El Camino Ave. earlier this afternoon. I ordered the $8 Junior Bacon Cheeseburger Combo with two JBCs with no tomato on both sandwiches, Medium Fries, and a Medium Drink. I used the receipt for $2 off. It was the first time that I used the receipt to get $2 off on My order. The service was good. I’m surprised that Wendy’s doesn’t offer the 4 for $4 JBC meal at the establishment, instead it is online, on the app.

They only do 1 order at a time. If you pull up at the speaker, you have to wait for the car at the window to pull away before they will take your order. Proceed to have me pull to a parking spot so they can make fresh tenders. That’s fine, bring the bag out 5 mins later and there’s no fries. Have to get out and go inside to get my fries. Get home, and there’s only 3 tenders in my 4 pc order. 2nd straight visit gone wrong, won’t be back.

I went to get a chicken bacon sandwich after breakfast and accidentally ordered a burger and almost cried about it.
But the ladies gave me 2 of the chicken breakfast sandwich when I came back which was what I was trying to order originally.
Made my day.
Also the homeless lady at the intersections as I gave her the beef burger since I cant do lettuce or tomato.
I mean I litterlay started to cry when I saw the beef burger. I wanted chicken so bad.

Very poorly managed. They take too long to process and serve the food to a customer. The drive thru takes too long because they take one car at a time and make the next car wait.

They make the best fish sandwich and their french fries is healthy because they leave some of the skin where most of the nutrients are with high fiber content, plus you can not taste or feel any oil or salt. It does not raise my blood pressure or cholesterol.
