Wow- it was so great to see all of the Veterans out for dinner and you guys did such a great job of decorating and greeting each one. The T-shirts were such an added bonus and it was an atmosphere of celebration for them and their service! Our server did a great job keeping up despite the overwhelming crowd and we thanked her with a great tip. That’s where it all ended for us. The food was awful 🙁 I understand the kitchen staff was in a flurry, but it does not excuse poor quality food. I would have rather waited to receive something worth eating and paying for, rather than food we had to throw out; such a waste! The chicken parmesan fettucini was awful! The chicken was overcooked/overheated and was too crunchy around the edges and completely dry in the middle. The fettucini was very dry and completely mushy. I have no doubt it was all pre-made and left under a warmer for too many hours! You won’t have repeat customers serving food this bad!

Came here during my one-hour lunch break and had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. We waited over 30 minutes just to be asked what drinks we wanted. After that, no drinks ever came and no one took our food order. We ended up having to leave without eating because we ran out of time.
I called afterward to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 10 minutes, then told no manager was available because they were “too busy.” Completely unacceptable. If you’re short staffed or can’t handle customers, don’t seat people. Total waste of time.

Disappointed to say the least. The main course of our food was great my burger was very juicy and everything on it was great and my friends steak and mac and cheese were delicious as well unfortunately that’s where the good stopped. My side french fries were basically all end pieces and hard and my friends broccoli was brown and wet and obviously had been sitting all day. She also got one of the special holiday drinks which was good but missing the gummy that is supposed to be in the drink as it has in the picture but didn’t have any really shouldn’t advertise it if you don’t have it. Now on to the service which was absolutely horrible no other way to describe it. Over 20 minutes for our food asked for a soda refill and waited 10 minutes for that which I finally got at the end of my meal which I didn’t really need at that point. She never asked once if everything was ok I had also mentioned it was my friend’s birthday and nothing from the waitress (Jordan) not even a token Happy Birthday. The atmosphere is a typical Applebee’s nothing special but still nice and clean inside and out but who really goes for just the atmosphere nowadays and when the atmosphere is the best part of your meal that’s a BIG PROBLEM. Goes without saying we will not be going back as this location as this was our first and last visit to this Applebee’s which is ashame as it’s only 5 minutes from my house I guess it’s back to Cracker Barrel right next store. So save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere because it’s not worth it TRULY DISAPPOINTING!

I love going on Friday night. Our server Marge is the best. She always remembers us and our drink orders. She is always checking to see if we need anything, needs new drinks or is just there to make sure we’re happy and doing ok.

Friendly and attentive service. Good portions and food and drinks are tasty. But was surprised about how over cooked there ribs were, which made them so dry. Had to replace them with the shrimp which were much better.

Have not been happy with the quality of the food or the value. My husband and I were there for dinner on Friday, 11/21/25. My husband ordered the chicken finger dinner. His chicken fingers looked like they were from the prehistoric era, overcooked. I ordered the grilled cheese cheeseburger. When this first came out last year, it was the bomb. This time, the burger was on toasted bread, not grilled in butter. It was dry, white bread with a couple brown toast marks. There was cheese and a burger and that’s it. The side of tomato soup was luke warm at best. What’s going on there with the lack of quality??? My husband doesn’t even want to go back there.

Stopped in for a quick dinner, the floors were dirty, my utensils were dirty, the service was slowwwwww. By the time I got my food I was ready to go and asked my server for a box and she gave me the smallest one. I was over it and just stuffed my food in because I knew she was going to take forever to bring me another container. I asked for my check and she took a while to get that as well. She also tapped my card and added 20% gratuity for herself. I just wanted a quick dinner out but I would not recommend going here
