We went to the newly combined IHOP / Applebee’s for breakfast today. I had the cheesecake waffle. It was very big, but the cheesecake with strawberries and whipped cream were plopped in the center. For $12, I expected more than a small taste of the topping!
My hubby got the French Toast combo. He chose the cinnistack, 2 eggs and bacon. He told the server to hold the Hashbrown and he offered to sub it with 2 more bacon.
Coffee comes with large cups and a small pot. It emptied quickly and we asked for another.

This experience was absolutely terrible—so unbelievably horrible. I ordered for pickup and waited nearly an hour to receive my food. When I finally got it, it was cold and dry, and the food was really poor quality. I had asked for no pickles due to allergies, but they still put pickles on my sandwich. The grilled chicken was burned and tasted strange. I also ordered French toast and eggs, and it was frightening how bad they were. The customer service was awful and rude. I will never return to this place again. To anyone considering eating here, make sure your food is cooked properly. I want a refund.

They gave me the wrong item. I ordered the four cheese mac and cheese, but received the chicken parmesan fettuccine instead. I didn’t want to drive 20 minutes back, wait another 20 minutes, and then drive 20 minutes home again. I tried a few bites but ended up throwing it away because it wasn’t good. The chicken was overcooked, the noodles were hard on top and mushy underneath, and the marinara triggered my acid reflux, so I couldn’t eat it. They said my order was ready at 5:57pm but didn’t get it until 6:20pm. The new iHop atmosphere is weird. I will not be ordering from here again

Good experience visiting applebees, I asked for recommendations in my three choice appetizers and the waiter elfie gave me a very good recommendation, excellent service provided. The triple chocolate meltdown was the right choice!

Worst experience I’ve experienced in a restraunt. When we arrived we waited 15 minutes after being seated for our server to finally come to our table. When she took our order it took her another 15 minutes to bring us coffee to our table. My pancakes were child size, not like portions like I’ve known them for. Our server never checked up on us and the manager had to bring the bill to our table. Also, there were a few other tables sat before us and they left because they were sitting at their tables for 30 minutes with no server coming to their table. The pancakes I recoeved were not hot and the blueberry on top is nothing like pictured. I was super embarrassed to bring my family to this establishment. I’ve been in the restraunt industry for over 30 years and this is just sad to see and it wasn’t even busy when we were there. I will never go back to this location ever again and I will drive the extra way to the Brookfield location. This place is ripping people off. Go spend your money at a better location.

Food was terrible. We visited for my daughter’s birthday and the waiter was nice and it was nice they sang to her but the food was not good. They charged us $2.99 for her birthday treat when we didn’t even ask for it, so we assumed it was free. My husbands chicken wings were rock hard and he could barely even cut them in half it was like biting into cardboard. My steak was very under cooked and tasted like rubber. The burger was gross. Left with upset stomachs. Probably one of the worst food I’ve had in a long time. Will not be back unfortunately

Polite staff, but a little slow (80 min from time sat to leaving after getting bill squared away for a salad and grilled chicken fettuccine). Seemed like they had enough servers for the amount of customers, but not sure on the kitchen or possible shift transition. It’s a family restaurant so there were a few kids moving around (one unfortunately had a stomach issue at the table a couple tables away), but generally not an issue to have a conversation. Food was fine, but nothing awesome. Checken and fettuccine was short the Alfredo sauce and noodle seemed like they sat under the heat lamp for a bit as they were a little crusty. Drinks were milk and water so nothing special. Not a bad meal or overall service, but nothing overly special that would make me want to provide a raving review or recommendation.

We had lunch on Feb 8 about 1230. It was moderately busy. Service was very good except server did not return to ask how everything was. My wife had salmon, which she said was excellent. I had a large bacon cheeseburger. It and the fries were very good; except that inexplicably, the burger patty itself was not hot, even cool to the touch where it stuck out of the bun.

My family and I had an amazing dinner! The food and atmosphere were great! Our server was Irvin, he was helpful, respectful and fast! The kids liked him too! He let them order themselves and let them be big kids! They loved it!!! 11/10 rating!!! We will be back!

Recently visited here after the ihop and Applebees collab and the service was phenomenal. Our waitress Danasia was so sweet and professional. Our food was served hot and in a timely manner and it was absolutely delicious. The general manager Juan even came by to make sure we were enjoying our food and service. I will definitely be back. I was very pleased.
