Sam’s has become our go to for pizza on Friday evenings or Saturday lunch. No doubt it’s our favorite pizza. Here lately though it’s been hit or miss when we bring the pizza home. The staff seem to not cut the pizza properly due to a dull pizza cutter. As you can see by my photos, it was a bit of a challenge today. It seems to be getting worse and it is such an easy fix. Come on Sams you can do a lot better! Love the Pizza! It’s an awesome value! We’ll be back!

I wish they’d put more than two people back there. They work REALLY hard taking care of everyone and making everyone’s food. Food is very tasty and fresh and it’s a nice occasional treat for the family and priced perfectly.

They need a better system in place. I waited half an hour for scan and go pick up with just a pretzel and slice of pizza while people ordering at the register were prioritized. I finally got a refund at customer service. Sticking to Costco for Cafe.

Went in at around 6pm and was told at the counter by an older lady that all they had was cheese pizza and whatever was in the window. I asked if I could get a pizza to go and the lady raised her voice and rudely stated that all she had was “in the window” If there’s a shortage on ingredients or there’s a cut off time for to-go orders it should probably be posted for customers to see so staff doesn’t have to be rude when asked.
