I had the absolute best service from Stephanie! She was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond throughout the entire meal, and her positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, this was the best service I’ve ever had. Stephanie is a true gem, and I’ll definitely be asking for her again next time!

Me and my wife went here at about 11:00 p:m no one was there but I notice trash everywhere not cleaned we sat down and thought maybe they would be cleaning they never did and gave us uncooked mozzarella sticks and very poor service would not recommend this location.

I specifically called the store for a Togo order and spoke with Brandon. I specifically asked for extra butter and syrup and he said he would make it happen. Upon receiving my order I did not receive my butter or extra syrup.” 10/17 I’m editing my review because I spoke with the GM Christina and she was very polite, respectful, and professional and address all my issues. Thank you again “ editing my Review 12/16 had the same issue. I called and a man answered the phone, I asked for extra butter and still only received one packet of butter. Smh plus forgot the sausage in my omelette.AGAIN 2/10 THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER. I AM DONE WITH THIS IHOP,I CALL AND ASK FOR EXTRA SYRUP AND BUTTER AND THE LADY(I BELIEVE WAS AFRICAN AMERICAN) SAID YES AND WHEN I GET MY PANCAKES THERE IS NO BUTTER!!!!! First time at this location. I must say that I was extremely impressed. My husband and I were greeted and served by Chris.The food was very fresh!. Kyle the manager came out to greet us and to make sure that we were satisfied with our food. I’ve been to a few Ihops but this one by far has the best food and service. We will be back.
