I’m a regular at this Panda Express and have been generally very happy with the service and food. I sometimes go around 10:30 when they’re still ramping up so sometimes not every dish is ready but they will ask what I want and make it. From about 11:45-12:45 they can be very busy so expect a short wait as it is served cafeteria style if you go in. This Panda has a drive thru as well as inside service and seating. Today I had a plate with Black Pepper Sirloin Steak, Honey Sesame Chicken, and Fried Rice. The rice and chicken were ready and fresh and they made the steak for me in about 5 minutes. I have seen them run out of some dishes during peak lunch rush but they’re very good about making more when it gets low and I’ve never waited more than a few minutes. The food at Panda Express is good for fast food Chinese and is consistent. The consistent part is important for me as when I find a dish (or four) that I love, I want it to be good every time. Here, it is. My fave four are: Black Pepper Sirloin Steak, Honey Sesame Chicken, SweetFire Chicken Breast, and Beijing Beef. The veggies in the BP Steak are wonderful and worth the little extra. The staff is very friendly and work hard to please customer’s requests. If you want fast & good Chinese in Roseville; Panda Express on Gratiot is the place.

I recently visited the Panda Express drive-thru and received the wrong order, which contained an ingredient I’m allergic to. After calling the location, I was told I could get a remake the next day. However, when I followed up, I was given the runaround, and the manager never returned my calls. When I visited the location in person, I was told that a remake wasn’t possible without a receipt, which was never provided. I never received what I paid for, and this experience was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially regarding allergy safety. I’m hoping for better service and accountability in the future.

We completed an order online at 4pm they said supposable it would be ready at 4:28 and we had to we wait for more than 30 min because it wasn’t done, there was so many people waiting for they’re orders and staff acted with no care to clients. Apart from that we ordered a family pack and and order serving of 12 ragoons, they only gave us 10 and the servings in each box were filled only half way. This shouldn’t be given to me for full pricing seeing the service and the food wasn’t good at all. Being clients for 4 years this place dissatisfied my liking and truly makes me question whether to order at all from this location. I would keep this review in mind when ordering to this location of panda express. I hope management gives employees a certified training/retraining for they’re workers on client costumer service and clientel treatment.

Drive thru very simple. They messed up. I had to go back through the drive through to have the order remade. They had a big time attitude. Food taste horrible and wasn’t even room temperature! I really would recommend this place of business.they refused too take accountability!

Totally unsanitary cashier using gloves while he’s taking people money and handling plates and the person that was serving the food was doing the drive-thru with the same glove. She was doing the drive-thru taking money and then serving plates with the same gloves on. I then made her take her gloves off to make my plate cuz I told her I didn’t want any germs on my plate. Wasn’t trying to be funny but that was just kind of disgusting that she thought it was okay to serve people like that. Please in these restaurants people is using their hard-earned money. I have some consideration and be a little considerate of others. Cleanliness is next to godliness

placed a order at 8:15pm it was to be ready ar 8:42pm, i arrived at 8:50pm and my order wasnt ready till 9:37pm. There was an older lady running the entire counter, she done well within being the only person dealing with walk ins and online order pick ups. Unfortunately ALL online orders were supper behind. After almost a hour of standing waiting for my order a younger lady came out of nowhere and decided to start to help the lady that was running the counter. Least to say I was supper irritated it took almost an hour after arriving in store to get my order, once I got it I wanted to just get home so my children could eat and their grandmother could go home being she had to sray extra time because are dinner wasnt ready when It should have been. I went to prepare my families plates, opened the containers of food from are family meal and they were not even full. leaving us to not even have enough rice for all of us the food was cold, i spent $44.63 and it was definitely NOT WORTH the time or MONEY!!

Ordered two honey walnut shrimp Bowls one bowl is only half full after up charging ordered three two piece veggie wraps which should have came up to six bucks she basically forced me to order a medium entree which is only six veggie rolls which should obviously be six bucks but she charged me $8.70 one of my bowls is literally half the size of the other one like come on man now what am I supposed to do waste my time to go back up there? Not only is she very attentive to detail and the customer’s needs, she does it with an Award Winning Attitude!!!
