Take better care wrapping your burritos. I know the filling is premade and frozen, as are the tortillas so you can’t tell me otherwise. It also tasted old.

Ordered on the app. Pulled in and it said I failed to enter a parking number and to proceed in store or the drive thru. I go thru drive thru, I give my order number, lady on the mic says thats not right and asks me to refresh and she doesnt have that order. I say hey I have the receipt, I can drive forward and show you. After she tries 2 more times, she agrees. I get to the window, new lady a d says she is got g to ask a manager. A manager comes over talking into a headset, I show her my phone. She says she doesnt have it and starts walking away. A woman with a hi vis vest comes over looks at my phone and says yes go to the next window they have it. Took a good 15 more minutes to get to the window, this guy stares at me and says he doesnt have it. I said, find the lady with the hi vis yellow vest, she said it is. Another lady in hi vis came over and repeated my order and gave it to me. Took 40 minutes total. BTW, I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a cheeseburger with double cheese. That I could handle. The staff was not doing well. The hi vis ladies were on point!

I went to this location earlier and got a sweet tea and it tasted so horrible! It had a a fizzing taste almost as if it was a soda. It also had bubbles which is not normal because i always get teas. It also had a weird smell to it too. It’s almost like its fermenting? Either way I wouldn’t not recommend this location, drive the extra 5 min to the other one. If they don’t clean the teas what makes you think they are clean in any other areas?

If you are going to charge people $5.49 for a tiny, child sized sandwich (filet-o-fish) it should at least be fresh. The sandwich I just purchased had most of the cheese stuck to the side of the box with the fish hanging off the bun, and the bun was extremely tough and dry. The fries were also not fresh. Huge waste of money.

My son ordered food on the app and pulled up to the window and given the wrong order/food. When he informed them it was wrong and asked for the correct food, he was told I had to reorder my food via the app again even though the money had already been deducted from my account. When I called the store to get a refund or get my correct food the supposed manager was very rude and unprofessional. She barely spoke English and would not give me her name so I could log a complaint then hungup on me. I am going to try to escalate this matter to a corporate level, hopefully with better results than what the store itself was willing to give. Terrible experience all the way around

Very disappointed. Was asked to pull forward because of a wait on the food which is ok with me… however once we got our food and left I discovered that both our medium fries were not full, and they were old fries. Along with that I got 9 old mcnuggets instead of the 10 I ordered. The quarter pounder was OK though. Will not return to this store.

while I was in this location a service dog got it’s hind paw stuck in a fryer somehow and the constant yelping and screaming from the woman running the register was making it hard to enjoy my diet soda.

I told the manager that someone had spilled a milkshake at the southwest door and a customer almost slipped on it. He was more concerned about his iPhone and did nothing about the spill although no customers or drive-through customers were in line at the time. We left about 20 minutes later and the mess had not even been looked at.
