Unfortunately, I did not get to eat here because the drive-through would not take my order. I tried to order a number seven and the employee told me there is not a number seven. So then I told her what the number seven was so that I could order it and she said there is no such thing. I took a picture of the menu to try and show her and she said I could not pull up to the window and show her and I could not order that. The person was very rude, and continued to get louder as she spoke to me over the speaker. I have attached a picture of the menu, clearly showing that a number seven is shrimp.

Their prices seemed higher than most Popeyes but I like their blackened chicken strips. With another person who had their order cooked incorrectly, I waited at the front counter for about 10 minutes and no one helped me. Employees were walking around talking, playing on their phones and getting food for themselves. Literally yelling at the cooks what they wanted to eat from behind the front counter.
When someone did acknowledge that I was there, they were “out” of most sides…. at 7pm.
There were trays and trash on multiple tables with no one sitting at that table. It didn’t look like the lobby had been cleaned for some hours.
After they told me they were out of almost everything I walked out.

I don’t leave reviews often but this place deserves a review and not in a good way. The restaurant was clean that’s it. The employees that were in charge of taking orders and putting orders together had no clue what they were doing. I asked for 3 different items on the menu, i was informed we don’t have that, something as simple as tenders, spicy chicken or shrimp. This wasn’t at an unreasonable time it was 5pm. My wife, toddler and I ended up with regular chicken, a chicken wrap and fries, all of which were cold. Not just room temp cold but cold enough like it came from the fridge. It’s a disgrace to the franchise.

My family and I went here monday at 7:20. We got our food and figured out there were only 2 workers. I say that because being busy and only having 2 workers, they had amazing attitudes! Super nice men!

I simply came to pick up a DoorDash and the service was absolutely the worst I’ve dealt with in a LONG time. Lady over the speaker had a major attitude when i stayed respectful and never had an attitude once. These kind of people don’t understand to not take the fact you hate your job out of doordashers and customers considering it’s not OUR fault. Insanely god awful customer service

I stopped coming here sometime last year or so and haven’t been back bc nobody cared about service not even management and when I order it is usually a very large order as I have 6 or 7 people I’m feeding usually. Let me tell you Im so glad I came back bc this place has turned around. These people are doing a great job! Shon is doing a great job turning this place around!

I’m in love with the red beans and rice and the spicy chicken sandwich. Last couple of visits at different location the services wasn’t unbearable but it wasn’t great either. I feel the lobby could of definitely been cleaner and I think its time for an upgrade on furniture too

The food is great but the wait is terrible. They are unable to take more then one order at a time on the drive thru so I had to go inside to get 2 separate orders done. They where nice but you are going to have to wait on your food.

Drive thru employee gave me what she wanted me to have not what I ordered!! Ordered 2 spicy breast got a thigh and a wing. Had me waiting for cheese bites for over 15 minutes. I pulled back through the drive thru to cancel my order of cheese bites she at the register with her purse claiming she was on her way. Look like she was getting off or going to smoke.

Went through the drive through about 330 today and ordered a #1 spicy combo with red beans and rice before we could even order for the second person we were cut off and told to pull to the window and our total. We let the person know we had a couple more items to order she took the other items and said pull forward I’ll give you the total at the window. We pull to the window they hand us the food and a single drink and they took our card for payment. When she come back to the window we let her know we were missing a drink she politely said you sure are and grabbed it and sent us on our way. I opened the rice and beans that come with the combo and there was barely anything in it. Way more rice than beans. My spouse opened his large red beans and rice and there was half a container of rice and beans. This was supposed to be a large and we did not get that. We get home to find the chicken sandwich was not even what we ordered it was just a classic sandwich. When you are taking someone’s food order please take your time to hear what they are ordering instead of rushing the only car in your line through. When you are making the food please give them what they are paying for and not a large container with only half of it filled. That was the only thing he ordered to eat. Please make the food how you would want your food and not just rush it out the window. We are paying your paychecks!
