I went there a few days ago and got a two cheeseburger meal. The burgers have shrank but the prices didn’t. I went there for breakfast one day for the steak egg and cheese and the steak has also shrank. I dont understand the price gouging because I have been to other McDonald’s in Baltimore and they dont do that.

Ordered a pumpkin pie, didnt check, got home and they gave me a disgusting brithday pie, i dont like that flavor. I ordered a large and they gave me a medium, i ordered a large for the pieces, didnt get them and didnt notice because it was already dark out. Asked for ketchup, didnt get any. The fries were only filled up a little more then halfway, it was the qorst experience ever there. Ive never had stellar service here but i get it, its fast food, but this was down right appalling service. I shouldnt have to rummage through the bag to look for a few tiny ketchup packets when the line was already long and taking more then 10 minutes to get through. This is why people have a problem with the mcdonalds. I now need to go back to get a refund for not getting my order. Im mainly pissed because i was looking foward to that pumpkin pie, and to get home and see it was something i didnt order is, well, upsetting, infuriating. Just everything was wrong except the nuggets.

Got my order wrong two times. Paid an extra 1.50 and I ordered bbq sauce with the side and didn’t get that. The workers including the manager was awful. The whole team needs to be fired and replaced. They do to much talking and not actually working. GO TO ANY OTHER MCDONALD’S BUT THIS ONE.

It’s McDonald’s. Although, I was in the drive thru. They gave me plenty of condiments, napkins and sauce for our nuggs. Quite surprised at no cost. This is a good one. 9/10 I recommend if you are in a Mickey D’s type mood!
Updated on my next visit – I didn’t get 3 items in my bag. They didn’t give us time to ask for napkins and sauce they closed the window and walked away. I didn’t notice the missing food until I was home. From my last experience I felt it wasn’t necessary. My mistake.

Worst McDonald’s in the history of the franchise. They should tear this place down and fire every employee they have. This store WILL get your order wrong no matter what and WILL forget items and WILL give you attitude when they mess your stuff up. Do better.

I came to this place from 1 mile far away for a cup of coffee. They refused me to serve coffee. Also try to speak with manager? She also refused me to serve coffee. Manager Anna. Management should take action about this kind of issue. It was a racism.

I go here regularly and it’s always the same woman that’s disgustingly rude and extremely dismissive! She never gets my order correct and has the nerve to get an attitude when I POLITELY inform her!! Now this time I was sick so I ordered delivery 3 blocks away. I received less than half my order and when I called the driver he went back and they refused to give it to him!! He described the woman perfectly and of course it was the same woman!!! He said he always has a problem with her as well! I can’t ever get through on the phone either. Taking it to corporate. Don’t go to this location!!!

Staff is trash. I never try to rate low but they need help. All I said was excuse me and her attitude reflected her mood. I will not patronize this establishment until she is gone. Sorry not sorry.
