Really enjoyed my burger here! The beef patty was so juicy and I loved how soft the brioche bun was. And the fries were perfect. They also have a really good deal on Wednesdays!

Burger21 in Tampa is the perfect spot when you want something fast but way better than your usual fast-food run. The menu has so many options to choose from and everything I tried had great flavor and quality.
I had the chicken tenders, sweet potato fries, Swiss Melt, fried pickles, a Bananas Foster milkshake, and their lemonade, and nothing disappointed. The chicken tenders were crispy and well-seasoned, the Swiss Melt was flavorful and comforting, and the sweet potato fries were the perfect mix of crispy and soft. The fried pickles were a great snack to start with, and the Bananas Foster milkshake was rich, creamy, and dessert-worthy on its own.
Service was quick, the food came out fresh, and the space was clean with a welcoming vibe. If you’re looking for a place with elevated fast food that goes beyond the basics, Burger21 is definitely worth the visit. I’ll be back to try more from the menu.

We have eaten here like Norm on the Cheers show – yeah, like that much. Have interfaced with Lukas, Kelli, Jonesy (not sure of spelling), and Aaron. If you had perfect 10 star servers/hosts – they all are. They all have taken care of my wife wonderfully with her severe gluten allergy/requiring gluten-free food that is NOT cross contaminated. They have just been fantastic. And Aaron makes an awesome chocolate milkshake for her every time too. Keeps us coming back for more. And when you take care of my wife, you’re a friend for life. 🙂 I would be remiss if I also didn’t call out Elijah at the Tampa International Airport location as well. Everybody is just so great here – and the food!!!! YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Aron was great and hospitable. When we came in through the door with a wheelchair he raced over to help open the doors and get my aunt inside. He made sure we enjoyed our food and checked in on us! My aunt loves this local spot so glad we got to come. Lots of grest house made sauces. I got the Tex Mex Haystack and would recommend. Also great skinny onion rings

Came in for the first time with great expectations due to recommendations from friends. Having to place the order myself was the first turn off. I expected someone to take our order. I guess that’s the business model they have set. The food was below average for the amount we paid, $42 total. My burger (probably because of the blue cheese sauce) and the fries were extremely salty and my burger was pink when I had ordered well done. My companion’s burger was delicious according to them even though both burgers temperature was lukewarm as well as the fries. The only other positive is the attendant who served our drinks and the one who provided us with the to go boxes for our leftovers. Oh, and the cookie was delicious.

First time coming here with my family. This place is the absolutely the best place, I have ate a burger at. You have to try the Tex-Mex Haystack!! So most definitely, you should try and bring your family. Great food, great service, great price. Talk to Aron, he will be the one to guide u to the best tasting burger you would ever have!!

On Valentine’s Day I ordered to takeout an Impossible burguer. I paid extra for add-on and didn’t receive. They handled me a close bag so I couldn’t check my order. I got very upset when I got home and discovered I didn’t receive what I paid for.

I work close by and your shakes peak my interest. Also for the alternative to the other burger chains. The guy at the counter is always awesome and happily answers all of my questions about the food. I really would like to try the fruit drink fountains. I probably would not dine in ever but I never do dinner in at burger chains anyway. One day very soon I’ll treat my family to some of your take out as a treat.

We found burger 21 at a time I was going through some serious medical issues and was driving the 50 minutes to Advent healthcare and on one of the visits I was super hungry and I have a severe allergy to gluten, and my husband is a master researcher and mentioned he had found this place called Burger 21. Here’s the interesting thing… I’ve never been a red meat person and never ate it but For some odd reason, I actually was craving a hamburger. To say it was literally the best cheeseburger I’ve ever had in my life is an understatement. One of our favorite people that we have had the blessing of meeting is Aron S. He is extremely caring and conscientious about my allergy and is a great people person. On our last visit a few days ago we were there with my son who was visiting from up north and we both really wanted a milkshake. Aron did what no one else has done and went beyond to make our milkshakes an amazing experience. He took the time to add the extra bits and pieces and chocolate. I cannot stress enough how amazing the place is. If you have not gone there yet, you have to! Every chance we get to go there when we are in Tampa we go.
