This place is terrible. Old chicken and the workers have terrible attitudes and can’t cook. If you like churchs chicken you should go to the Morrow location. I will never spend another dime in that establishment. The workers were sucking their teeth, mad about orders. The customer in front of me returned the chicken she ordered. The cooks were not wearing gloves. Just the worst experience I’ve ever encountered.

First the outside of store is trashed, trash all on parking lot. When you enter Store,The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. you are not greeted by anyone. We stood at the counter for good few minutes before the young lady came to the counter. She stood and just looked at us like order already. We had to speak first . It seems that those working there definitely are not customer service friendly. I have been in customer service for over 20 years. This was Absolutely unacceptable. The young man was on the phone while fixing drive through food. We were finally able to order. Young lady was totally nonchalant. We waited for 12 min for chicken and when we got it it well over cooked. Chicken was over fried and dark. I have ordered from here before. But it was around 12. The evening shift after 4 pm is a no no for me. This chicken is so hard.

When it comes to service, this restaurant is very efficient, even under pressure. They have made some slip-ups with my order before, but have thankfully made it right with no extra charge. The fries and honey biscuit are also very good (biscuit is top tier in my opinion). Although I think the drinks are a bit pricey, it makes sense knowing that they are jumbo sized (XL).

I placed my online order at 4:00 PM, and the notice said it would be ready for pickup at 4:12 PM. I got there on time, and somehow I was still stuck there until 5:56 PM. Almost TWO HOURS for some chicken that was supposed to be ready in minutes!
The customer service was beyond terrible. I stood in line over 30 minutes while the cashier picked up her personal phone right in the middle of making orders. Nobody seemed to care about the customers waiting. People behind the counter were walking around like it was a fashion show — bright purple hair, eyelashes, eyebrows drawn on, and absolutely no professionalism. One worker even had the nerve to ask me if I “felt safe” with them handling my food. Excuse me?! Totally unacceptable and disgusting behavior.
I even called customer support while standing there, and of course, no update, no help, nothing. This location clearly doesn’t care about customers, food safety, or basic respect.
I will 100% be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the health department because this was not just bad service — it was disrespectful, unsanitary, and completely unprofessional.

Whoever cooks the chicken can not cook sorry to be mean, but I’m a chef and that’s not it. This my second time giving them a try and it still taste just like the first time I went. The back of the chicken is always soggy and still needs to be cooked. The chicken smells like it hasn’t been washed good.But the sides are A1. The biscuits are always on point.

Tuesday is one of the best days to go for the 2pc (leg & thigh) for $1.99. Also, try the everyday 6pc-$5.99 or 9pc -$8.99 wings. The 9pc Honey Hot wings is delicious. I also tried the 2pc feast and would rather buy my own bread & use Hot sauce on the Tuesday 2pc (leg & thigh) deal. The 2pc feast comes with a jalapeño pepper, biscuit, leg, and thigh for 4.99 everyday.
