Holly, our server, was so amazing. She remembers to ask the questions about any sides, extras and recommendations. She’s just quick to know what you want before you ask for it and that is so refreshing.
Benecio, at the front end, is very friendly and helpful. He is quick to address any concerns someone may have with a smile. He is a nice professional young man.
This has been the best food and staff service that we have encountered at a denny’s restaurant in a while. We live in Albuquerque, but will be driving to this location in Rio Rancho, which is approximately 45 to 50 minutes away.Because of the excellent food and staff service.

The waiter here was amazing. He loves his job and he said he has 30 plus years in this industry… It showed. Denny’s has a winning combination with their staff. The food was great as always.
My friend had a Salmon meal and I have never looked at anything else other than Breakfast. I always get Breakfast at Denny’s since I was a young child; however, my friend said his meal was, “taste”!!! My meal which is my ho yo meal was amazing as well.

We went through the drive thru after we all got off work for some celebratory pancakes and nachos when the car in front of us zoomed to the front. We watched as two older ladies went inside to get angry at all the poor staff working so we waited patiently as we watched the amazing staff remain professional and understanding to the ladies. When the ladies left they then gave us our food and were so nice! Absolutely amazing, we love the staff here.

I had been looking forward to going to Denny’s for the longest time just hadn’t had a chance to make it over for breakfast so this morning me and my daughter go and order their pancakes the original grand slam. The pancakes came out robbery not cooked all the way through, they were cooked on the outside, but they were horrible tasting the eggs, bacon and sausage too. The bacon was cold and it was too small slices and two very small sausages I was so unhappy with my breakfast this morning after looking forward to it I think I will never go back to Denny’s again.

My wife and I love Denny’s, we just moved to Rio Rancho and have never been to that Denny’s location before so we decided to check it out this past weekend and go have breakfast. We pulled into the parking lot and they seemed pretty busy. When we walked inside the lobby was full, the host were very efficient they welcomed us and said they would be with us shortly. We only waited about 10 minutes which was pretty shocking for how busy they were. Our server was Lisa, she brought our drinks right away and asked if we were ready to order. My wife ordered the loaded veggie omelette, I ordered a stack of pancakes and 2 eggs ala cart, but Lisa recommended that instead of ordering ala cart because it’s more expensive since it charges per egg she told me to get the everyday value slam it’s only $6.99 and I would get my pancakes, 2 eggs, and I would get my choice of bacon/sausage. Lisa is a wonderful, polite, perfessional, and caring server. She could have just rang my order in ala cart like I said but instead she went out of her way to recommend a better choice at a better/same price. It really shows she cares about the guest and there should be more servers like her. She always made sure we had refills and anything else we asked her for. She really made my wife and I’s first dining experience at the Rio rancho Denny’s perfect and we will definitely be coming back for the great food, the friendly host and the great outstanding service of our server Lisa and we will be coming back to see her again.

First time ever seeing a Denny’s with a drive-thru—I didn’t even know they had one! Pulled in and was pleasantly surprised. No wait at all, and the staff member taking my order was super friendly. I ordered a veggie omelet with hashbrowns and wheat toast. Everything came out hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked—the omelet was flavorful and not overdone. Definitely a great experience, and I’ll be back!

The food was served fast, and Patricia came back checked on us and refilled the coffee.
I like the indoor deco and the pics on the wall. This is the best Denny’s experience so far.

The food was delicious, it’s one of the best cheeseburgers I’ve had in a long time. The onion rings and seasoned fries were so good. Our server, Michael, was friendly and professional with a great sense of humor! It was nice to be able to sit and talk without having to yell over the music! We’ll definitely be back!
