I always have to wait, but today I waited 15 minutes for my turn and I was second in line. The manager waited on me and only took one order at a time.
I grt back to work and there is a piece of wax paper in the middle of the cheese and chicken! Then I open the red beans and rice and its all juice and rice no beans.
I didn’t have time to go back since I used over half of my break standing in line.
I understand being short staffed, but it’s like this every time I go which is only maybe once every 3-4 weeks.

My family and I went to Popeyes in Goose Creek to get dinner. I ordered something that was advertised in their window and they said no they weren’t going to do it, even though it said tenders. They tried to charge me 20.99 instead for 8 tender pieces, no sides or anything else. It was ridiculous and I didn’t get it. I took the picture of their advertisement and left a review. The service was horrible, the employees didn’t seem like they wanted to be at work. The food was good but overpriced. We probably won’t be back. Bojangles may be a little farther but worth it.

I’d give this Popeyes a solid 3 stars. The food was fresh and had that classic Popeyes flavor, especially the chicken — crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The biscuits were good too, though a little dry like they sometimes are.
Service was okay but not great. The staff didn’t seem rude, just a bit rushed and not very attentive, and the wait was longer than I expected even though it wasn’t super busy. My order was correct, but I had to double-check everything before leaving.
The restaurant itself was fairly clean, but a few tables needed wiping and the drink station was messy. Overall, it’s a decent stop if you’re craving Popeyes, just don’t expect a standout experience.

The food is horrible 9 out of 10 times and the service is horrible 10/10 times nasty attitudes the lady gave me cold fries when I asked for hot fries she walked away and said make me sick !! Like I’m paying for fresh food it’s not free !! I will never go back worst chicken I’ve ever had !

i was actually surprised. every time i go to a popeyes i dread it. usually, they’re understaffed, bad attitudes, and long wait times. oh and not to mention food being wrong. but when i got there, i didn’t have to wait no longer than 2 minutes. my food was out, they were friendly, and very staffed. i will definitely happily drive to this one rather than the one closer just bc they were so great. also it was night shift!!!

After visiting cypress gardens, we decided to get food here through the drive thru. Everything was fine until we got our food and discovered, before we drove off, that this was the wrong order. We told the staff and got told to wait in the front. After a little bit, the lady came out with our food.
The food was really good! The wings were hot, the flavors
The chicken on the chicken sandwiches were huge and definitely filling.
The beans and rice weren’t the best, but alright. The fries are good.

Went to drive thru and ordered the 24 wings with different flavors…. why I only had 6 bbq wings and the rest 18 were plain. I guess I will be going inside from now on to make sure my stuff is correct.

Went in for a quick lunch on Sunday. Service was fast and efficient. Chicken and red beans and rice were cooked well and fresh.

Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes, then asked to pull forward for another 8+ minutes. No one was particularly friendly. Out of the dessert item. Not good. This was also before the lunch rush.
July 2019 update: still BS… out of the first two things I chose. Will never revisit!

Still garbage. Went at 11am and received the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from all stores. Stale bun and soggy chicken!!! It’s freaking 11am!!! How the hell is it stale and soggy already?!
