This was an incredibly magical experience; Myself and two friends enjoyed the Mazza dinner event with multiple courses, drinks and dessert. The food was absolutely divine, flavorful, and we really enjoyed Mo’s passion for hospitality which came through with the impeccable interior design of the space (cozy and filled with art and warm color tones), the sharing of the background and ingredients behind each dish, and the thoughtful presentation of each course. We will absolutely be coming back again and recommending to any and all friends to experience this absolute gem of an experience!! I also really appreciated the thoughtful accommodation of providing incredible NA options for our guest who was not drinking.

My wife and I took some close foodie friends for dinner at DervishMazza! This was one of the most memorable nights in a long time. The food was stunning. We had a six course meal pared wonderfully with homemade cocktails and wine. Each beverage selected to complement the food. Each dish was very different and was so tasty I feel like I wanted to just keep eating. Everything we were served was made from scratch, and you could tell because the flavors were so rich and so full.
Also part of the experience was we were invited into Mo’s house as his guests. He treated us very well. Laughing with us and joking and telling us wonderful stories. The whole evening can only be described as magical. I highly recommend this as a place to go to lose track of time and feel like you have been transported to another place. It was stunning.

DervishMazza is not a restaurant. It’s a memorable food experience that the charming and lovable Mo puts on all by himself in his backyard. Raised in Egypt, and with a passion for cooking shaped in France and New York City, Mo is the real deal. His dishes are Middle Eastern/Mediterranean specialties, many being vegetarian and vegan.
