Ordered on the app the ‘Taste of KFC 6 piece meal’, drove 10 minutes to get there, waited 10-15 minutes before being told there was a 10 minute wait on chicken. Is what it is rather wait for it fresh anyways, but after getting home realized
1) they gave 5 pieces instead of 6
2) the chicken was NOT fresh at all. It taste like it was refried from yesterday’s batch. The skin was so tough I thought I was pulling pieces of plastic out of my mouth. You can tell when the mashed potatoes and gravy have been sitting for a long time when the gravy soaks into the potatoes. Mac and cheese was dry and barely warm. The only good thing about the meal was the biscuits. Ridiculous making people wait 20-30 minutes for ‘fresh chicken’ to serve bs.

Went here about 6:15pm on a Sunday doors are locked and a 30 min wait on chicken. Just close down or hire better managers cause you lose all your business to all the other chicken joints in Florissant because of day old chicken or no chicken and bad service. Only good time is when you first open and you don’t get chicken from the other day

We first tried to get food a little after 10am. Though online and store windows say it opens at 10, it was no open yet.
We returned at 4:00 (not dinner rush)
Pros: kind, friendly employee
Cons:
– Almost a 30 minute wait. There was no one else in the drive thru line when we arrived. Thankfully, we were on our way home not TO somewhere.
– Speaker was barely audible.
– When we finally received our food we expected it to be freshly made because of the wait, but it was just barely warm. The fries were obviously left under the heating lamp, probably from lunch.
We usually eat chick fill a, but the kids wanted to try something different.
For the price, time, and quality we will stick to chick fil a.

Avoid any fast food place in this area. Everyone who works here cares more about just getting their job done than actually helping anybody out. after ordering, they basically told me they didn’t have half of the things that I ordered, but they still charged me for them. They were literally supposed to come with what i ordered. Avoid at all cost if you can find some other place. Service is beyond atrocious. They’d rather do anything than help you. It’s 12:19 on Monday so hopefully they can figure out who the manager is in. Maybe they could start doing their job properly.

Ok this place needs new management I ordered some chicken there last night they got the order wrong so I have to go back inside and tell them the issue and the chicken was ether over cooked or the oil needs a change. The wing you could not tell it was a wing it had so much breading on it and it was like eating concrete. And we got a pot pie also and it barely had any meat or vegetables in it at all. You guys need to visit the festus mo KFC cause they get it right every time. You guys need to go down there and let the train you guys the correct way on how to cook chicken. The only thing that was good was mashed potatoes and the drink I didn’t know I was paying 30 bucks for mashed potatoes and a drink. And you couldn’t eat it so we just threw it away. And we’re never coming back. I’ll drive to festus from now on to the KFC there cause they do it right.

Soda taste like water. Ordered honey bbq tenders and was given plain. Didn’t give sauce that we ordered. Nashville hot tenders were very oily just a bad and disrespectful experience overall

I sent my man to get a 16pc meal. We only like the legs and thighs. She made us all fresh legs and thighs and the sides where fresh to. Thank you ashley for taking care of us and making sure we got what we wanted and it was all hot and tasty.

Pulled into the drive thru for a quick meal. The girl who i could barely understand had to repeat things twice. Pulled up to the pick up window. She gave me change and said pull into a side space and we’ll bring it out.
30 minutes later I went inside to see if they’d been robbed or some one had a medical issue or what was the delay. I was told it was shift change so that person couldn’t help me. Then they asked for my receipt. Guess what? No receipt. I said 30 minutes and $20 dollars ago I ordered 2-2 piece chicken meals. What do I need to do to get them? That will be 20 minutes since we’re waiting on chicken.
Over one hour to get 4 pieces of chicken at the drive through????
And I personally think the girl at shift change that took my order just made off with my cash.

3. Lousy KFC restaurants
They are all bad but this Florissant location goes out of their way to be extra bad. And they have been this way for many, many years. How do they stay in business?
I decided to give them one more try on 2 recent attempts. Each time the door was locked during business hours. I guess they don’t want to see you at the counter but that’s probably just as well because the employees there always seem to be not interested on waiting on you anyway.
On my first try, I went to the drive-thru and sat there for 10 minutes and nobody responded so I just drove away.
On the my second try through the drive-thru a week later, they responded and I ordered 3 things but they told me they were out of 2 of them and away I went again.
Why did I try again after many years? Their prices are sky high and the food the last time I actually got some was mediocre with dried out coleslaw, lumpy mashed potatoes and extra greasy chicken in small pieces.
Last century, KFC was a nice place to get food. Those days seem to be gone with the wind.
