This McDonald is in a rough area always homeless people trying to get money and I’m not oppose to helping people out but instead of giving money I’ll ask what kind of food they want and they get smart and say no I need the money that’s what gets me upset or when I send my girlfriend and son and they get bombarded by multiple people and at night it worst she scared to even go and McDonald doesn’t care and the staff there some good but mostly bad like other night they messed up are order and my girlfriend called the manager who we spoke to first he answered with yo what’s up and then said it wasn’t this McDonald and then when I said we need are food replaced he said o he’ll no and hung up when we called back multiple times he kept answering and left phone off hook and wouldn’t say nothing then when she went back the other manager knew he messed are order replace it and when she said what happened he knew who it was and the guy would not come out from back.. it just seems like everything with this McDonalds has went down hill if u don’t want to treat consumers right and respectful then don’t work in a customer job

On January 26th – on the second to last snow day – an unusual encounter with three McDonald’s staff members – (working the 9:00 a.m. shift & led by Abelmira, their Team Lead), delighted me… All three employees worked diligently not to lose their temper or patience from the influx of customers. These three employees handled their job which is a rare encounter at this location however gave me the idea to send a shout out to their team.

Been to this establishment A good couple of times so far for me, they’ve been great foods been fresh. particularly because I’ve asked the fries to be fresh service is fair and ok . crew members seems to be well-trained even while most are Spanish-speaking but I’m am Spanish my self so i don’t mind ofc.

My order has been messed up every time I try to grab a quick lunch here. There is a language barrier to try to get any issue fixed. It takes almost a half hour to get a resolution or fix for the issue.

Stopped by around 7:50AM for breakfast and ordered an oatmeal and what I received was oatmeal soup. Shameful because there were only two cars in the drive-thru, including me, and only one vehicle in the parking lot. This isn’t the first time I’ve received poor quality from this specific location. Just, why would you serve something like that?

I love waiting at least 20 minutes for my food and I can’t even eat it because it was made incorrectly… Went here all the time in high school, seeing the decline with new management has been awful. This is the last chance I’m willing to give this location; every time we seem to be forgotten about and need to ask an employee for our food.

Wow, this is getting monotonous used it as a reference point on the map for distance to an area for something for sale. Most McDonald’s are pretty decent. Their price is a little high, but mcdonald’s french has the b bomb, on to the next one.

Dare chicken is the absolute worst. If you’re getting that Deluxe or regular chicken sandwich you’re either going to have it extremely hard or just one with barely any meat on it and just straight crisp the sandwich itself be bad. The chicken nuggets at times be dry and over cooked. Their fries are always cold during time 4pm-6pm. The only times that I have gotten fresh warm or hot fries are in the morning hours and lunch. Avoid getting dinner from this location. was you go somewhere else for dinner if you don’t feel like cooking.
