I come to the Starbucks basically oops 3 to 4 times a week. The staff is wonderful. The people are super sweet. When I ask for my drink that I always ask for it’s a hot Matcha latte. I specifically ask for absolutely no foam I don’t like the foam I don’t like the Phone taste and I pay for a large but in all essence with regards to the foam, I get a medium drink. I just asked that I know you guys are in a hurry and trying to make a time that the stores require you to do however, please remember to make sure that you read the ticket and that you don’t have or you fix the drink the way we ask. There has been more than a handful of times that there has been a ton of foam in my Matcha. It’s not gonna stop me from coming. The picture reflects how much foam was in this cup and it’s still going down and I have not taken a sip of it yet

Inconsistent drinks. Sometimes it’s perfect, and other times your “splash” of cream in your Americano means you have coffee as white as the label. And when you pay $6 for a drink, you want it to be right and consistent.

It’s a Starbucks, so it’s not going to be wildly different from anywhere else. But, I came on a Saturday night, and I was the only one in the place other than the baristas. They do a brisk drive-through trade at this time of night, but I haven’t seen any foot traffic in the last 45 minutes. I actually kind of like that.

This was our first time sitting down at this particular Starbucks as a family, and it turned out to be a memorable experience. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 20 years, but this visit stood out thanks to William. He took our order, kindly explained how I could use my points to redeem merchandise, and even brought our drinks and food right to our table. He went above and beyond by providing plates and offering us samples of a pastry. His service was exceptional, and we truly appreciated the care he showed to both us and our kids. Just wanted to give William a well-deserved shoutout for his dedication and outstanding hospitality.

The baristas are phenomenal.. At this location, they make the customers feel special, and its not the cute smiley faces that most of the Starbucks put on the cups. Its greeting me by my name when I walk in the establishment. It feels like Cheers ( a timeless TV show where everyone knows everyone’s name.) Now they took it up a notch, and now I have to find out these two individual names.
